Sonny's BBQ

Just amazing!
I was quickly greeted by Tonya, the hostess, who was also my waitress, she suggested the special which was baby back ribs with two sides and bread.
I chose baked beans, crispy crinkle fries with no salt, Mac & cheese with garlic bread. I paid extra for a third side hoping to have enough leftovers for a dinner.
There was so much food I indeed made two meals from just one.
I also placed an order to go which was again, prepared to order.
Getting back to Tonya (hope I spelled it correctly) this girl stopped just long enough to chat with customers then back at it, I believe she was the only person on the floor.
This location was immaculate with cleanliness!!!
Restroom was huge and easily accessible for handicapped people.
Plenty of parking, easy access on and off the Highway.
No outside dinning but they do have a convenient drive-thru.
Service was quick, food was hot.
Huge kudos to management and his/her team.

We dined on Saturday with our large family & all the staff were awesome and accommodating. Gary our server was Awesome!! 👏 The food service & atmosphere was amazing. Thank you. The Wallace Family

Was having lunch at Sonny's BBQ, 15800 US-441, Eustis, FL 32726 this afternoon and I highly recommend that you have the all you can eat St. Louis ribs with choice of sides. The best part of my visit was my server, Bobby. He's an excellent server with a great sense of humor and I made sure that I complimented the excellent service to the restaurant manager. Remember, Tuesday is all you can eat St. Louis ribs!!! and be sure to ask for server Bobby!

Outstanding experience there last night. The food was great, service was exceptional. This chain is always reliable when it comes to food quality among different locations, but service is not. Everyone there last night was friendly. Our waiter Bobby was great, AND he talked about how great his restaurant manager is. That might have been a first for us.

We placed an online order and had it delivered. Uber was the delivery service used. When our order arrived our driver was honest and let us know one of our drinks took a tumble during a turn and was a total loss. A few issues was the sweet teas we're unsweet. .. yuck and my sons kids meal had the wrong sides. Not a huge big deal to me, but he's 10 and therefore it was a huge deal to him. Our total with delivery and tip was $92.00. I called the Eustis restaurant where our order was filled through and the manager was amazing. When I say he went up and above for me is an understatment. He wanted to make it right and he did. I'm very happy with the outcome and the customer service I received. We will most definitely be ordering from them again. I'm so grateful for the kindness and understanding that was shown to me and my family. I didn't get his name and I wish now I did because this wonderful person needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you so much... I shall pay your kindness forward.

I came in and I will tell you the food, service and respect are all top notch at this location.

The management was professional, and helped address a major issue and used quick on the job thinking to alleviate the issue I had, and we were able to come to an overall resolution.

My Server Bobby was just a phenomenal guy, he was polite, he was moving with a sense of purpose and he constantly addressed the status of my table and others he was serving, he’s an overall great guy and hard worker at that. It was also Veterans Day and I want to say they were getting a lot of traffic, people like him and the rest of the staff at Eustis, Sunny’s BBQ work diligently to make the experience a lasting one and I appreciate that more than ever.

Professionals have standards, and I’ll tell ya Sunny’s BBQ in Eustis Florida, exceeded mine. 5/5 across the board.

Everyone is quick to complain so I felt praise deserved mentioning. My friend and I were there today for lunch. Bobby was our server. He was amazing! Very attentive and an awesome personality to match. A very rare quality. He made our stay memorable. We will be back and will request Bobby. Next time y'all go, request his section. You won't be disappointed!

We usually dine in at this location and always receive phenomenal food and awesome service from our favorite waitress Angie. This weekend we ordered to go and it was just as great meat was tender and smoked to perfection. They made sure we had everything we needed and enough condiments for the food ordered.

The regional manager called and asked me to give them a second try on him. So to be unbiased I will start by saying the coleslaw was very bland, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS MUCH BETTER! Tonya; our server, was on top of taking our order and refilling our drinks. The food was smokier in flavor, and we tried the fried pickles (which are a great starter). Food only took about 12-15min to come after placing our order. Less than that for the starter.
Well done! We will be back.

10/21/18 2* The worst service I have ever encountered for mediocre bbq. 10min wait for water, 40 more for food when only 5 other tables are full and 3 waiters on deck. Absolutely terrible. The only good thing was the smoked chicken wings and they were just okay.

Great food and value for the price. Meal was delicious, I tried their 2 meat plate - baby back ribs and pulled pork with fries and baked beans. Had the right amount of smoke for me. Their BBQ sauce was good too.
Will make another trip next time I am in the area.

Came here for lunch. Restaurant was clean and well-lighted. We were seated quickly. The food arrived to our table in good time. The food here today was delicious. We had a good experience and will definitely return again.

My family and I ate here today & our server Bobby was amazing! He was super friendly and upbeat. He gave us his full attention when needed & was very kind. Our food was super fresh & hot too. We’ll be back! Oh, and give Bobby a raise 😉

PHENOMENAL!!! JUST AMAZING! Clean bathroom, good food, BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! Our car was broken down and the server, Lily, helped us find someone to jump our cables! Decent price, clean table and awesome service. 12/10 would reccomend. (PS give lily a raise *if that's how you spell it)

Great place for BBQ, everything was great, but there was a slight issue, the pulled pork was not "pulled", it was sliced, kinda weird.

Server did a fine job, she took care of us in more ways than one, if you know what I mean 😉

OMGGG, I normally go to local homestyle bbq places, but might I say “wow”! This Sonny’s bbq really made my tastebuds happy! I went to just grab a quick bite for dinner last Thursday night and I would totally recommend their sandwiches!! From the moment I walked in I felt a warm welcoming atmosphere. The front desk was super friendly along with the servers and managers! Sadly can’t say anything about the back of house people since we don’t see them. I got sat within five minutes and waited on very shortly after by two cute servers. Kat and Zofia tag teamed my table or section to be honest. Kat was my intended server and Zofia helped out when my food was coming out! They did a great job making me happy throughout my entire experience at Sonny’s! I got my pulled pork sandwich and corn nuggets within 15 minutes which shocked me. I got a bud light and really enjoyed talking to the bartender (sadly forgot your name)! I would totally go back on my days off just to say hi and grab a quick bite to eat!! I did see that they have take out/ a drive through line which piqued my interest. I would totally go to dine in again since it was such a pleasant experience!

Always great. Very good service and food. Good place to take kids. Nice that's it right next to Journey Church for lunch on Sunday.

Drive through service was great. Beautiful young lady was very professional and welcoming. Made.sure I had everything needed.

The BBQ salad was excellent! The dry rub St Louis style ribs were great. Service was relaxed, just one minor hiccup, but we had no complaints.

The waitress was engaging and down right funny. Food was good. She used to cook. She is a great waitress and a real people person.
