Love this place! Associates are pleasant and friendly. They do everything to accommodate you. I don't care for this locations new policy of having the host or hostess stand instead of being seated at desk. They shouldn't have to stand.

Harrison was really helpful . Because of him I bought more things to try. He was so detailed oriented and very knowledgeable about all of the strains I mentioned to him .

I have been coming to this location for about 2 years. Yes, they get very busy and sometimes are short staffed. I found times and days that are less busy and rarely wait more than 20 minutes. I also use the express, big time saver. Everyone is super nice.

I haven't been to this location in quite some time. But when I walked in, I was met ingreeted by a gentleman by the name of Glen goings and he was wonderful, very knowledgeable on his product and very patient with the patients in the lobby. Please help this message get to somebody that sees this

I went to Trulieve looking for a specific strain and was told they didn't have it Dawn (my budtender) went out of her way to find it for me then confirmed they had a few left and took care of me she was phenomenal and a big part of why I will go back in the future all around excellent customer service and a great attitude and experience would absolutely recommend!!! I love going here! Everyone is so helpful! I especially like when I can see Tyler. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all my questions. He even pulled up an old credit on my account I did not know about! I love the fact that you can return products, if necessary. I will be a lifetime customer!

This is a really good staff that moves as quick as they possibly can.. I have seen them put up with some abuse from people and they try their hardest to stay positive. All of the managers are incredibly patient and courteous even to those who are not deserving. As well as the regular tenders. Thank you Eustis Trulieve

What an great experience as for myself being not able to hear. Staff are friendly and welcoming place is cold and clean, prices are great when there hot deals going on.... Luis O he was Excellent help with my flower Purchases few days ago gave an great Recommendation and it’s helping with my health issues. Hope he help every time I come. Plan to try ask about how to use the refills on pen if I could... Overall I’m very happy will come again. Went again today excellent service doesn’t rush you out.
