I came in for quote, I met with Dorothy Lawrence. She was very sweet & kind & explained everything to me that I could understand. Told her I have to talk to husband and get back to her. She was extremely knowledgeable as well.

Dorothy took the time out of her day to actually sit down and rectify a situation that another Agent caused. She was able to calm me down and somehow convinced me to pay $325 to reinstate my policy.
