The store was badly understaffed -- shame on management -- but the person who took care of me worked her tail off so all the customers got proper treatment and what they wanted. She was professional and took the time to be sure she understood what I wanted (a one of a kind log book) so the finished product was just as I hoped for.

I'm pretty slow when it comes to shipping and I had no idea what I was doing, Brooke was very patient and helped me through the whole process and I barely had to lift a finger. If I ever need to ship anything I will definitely be coming back to this store. Thank you very much Brooke for your service and your good attitude, keep up the good work!!!

I am very appreciative of the young lady that assisted me.. She can definitely multi-task.. I watched in amazement as she helped several customers at the same time as she printed my USPS label and sent my box on it's way.. By the way, all I did was show her my phone and admit that I wasn't very tech-savvy.. She sure made it look easy.. Hope Office Depot knows what a special person they have working for them.. Thanks 😊

Brook was extremely helpful and courteous even while working seemingly by herself. She was juggling requests from multiple customers simultaneously while keeping a smile on her face and completing requests quickly. (I saw only one other employee briefly when the checkout line was long.)

I can not thank her enough!! Brook helped me find the correct paper stock for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary! Excellent customer services! We need more people like her!

I have used their same day print service and it is great! The staff is kind and works with you, the quality of the product I ordered was as equally as great.

Lady at the print section was much helpful as i try to locate my print cartridge, make sure to ask the online deal prior to pay over the counter as always online prices are much cheaper 😅 i have saved almost $10
They do accept USPS and fedex packages as well

Was told a specific size box was in stock for shipping USPS. Got there it was not but the Copy and Print Gentleman made it right, no problems. Very Helpful and knowledgable. Been a customer for over 10 years and would refer everyone there.

As usual, I was in a hurry and exhausted. I was greeted by an Associate and directed to the location of what I was looking for. Another Associate also gave me directions for something else that occurred to me to find. Checking out was courteous as well as expeditious and I went on my way.

Needed a large (11x24) document copied, in color, reduced in size & laminated. The lady was able to do it all, found way to save me money, & was pleasant as well! Great service!

Their online order process was quick and easy. When I arrived at the store my item was at the front of the store in it's own kiosk with my name on it. All I had to do was pick it up and leave the store. I wish all of my online orders went this smoothly.

Store has great inventory and is very clean. Employees were helpful to assist me find what I was looking for while providing great customer service. Definitely will be back again.

Needed a metal briefcase in a short amount of time. Ordered one online that didn't show up so went online to Office Depot and found what I needed, drove down and picked it up in time to use it when needed. Thank you Office Depot for saving the day. I should have shopped with you in the first place.

While the store is older and too large for the amount of product on the floor and let me say the staff today was FANTASTIC .
Manager name Nia and the employee was a tall blond man name Chris (I believe) working the register AND helping solve issues with me.
