Bed Bath & Beyond

We were looking for a specific crock pot & it was not in stock. Nizel one of the staff called other stores to see if we could get it at another location. He went above & beyond to help us find what we needed. And he was technically working the bridal registry area which speaks volumes for his customer service skills. We appreciate all his help today. Exceptional employee.

Everything was easy to find. The cashier was extremely helpful & even though I had trouble finding the coupon she was able to find the one I described & applied it.
Sadly I have an item that is missing pieces. I'm not sure how that occurred but as I needed it for moving I found it highly inconvenient.

I came for a door mat and after I was greeted at the door and was told by an employee about 25% off of my entire purchase I was able to get a better mat that was still in my budget for the item because I was greeted with that. Always helpful employees at this store.

Love what they carry, but coupons aren't coming in the mail as much..
I returned 4 boxes of my husband hangers he didn't use a few months back, & it came to $110.00 but in mealtime my debit card it was charged on got replaced by new one! Mgr told me I had to have same # on card to get my $$ back.
Had to go to my bank and prove I used to have that old number how
Ever they wouldn't take my word for it how inconvenient that has been..

The store employees are always helpful. Today, I had an exchange of a defective product to a better version of the product and the transaction was fast and smooth without any hassles. Makes me want to always purchase from a local branch versus online. Big thumbs up from me.

I was looking for something in particular and I didn't see it so I thought well, they just sell it online and not at the store. I was walking passed a sales associate and she asked me if I needed any help and I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to it. I thought that was very nice and good customer service.

These people are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They always make it right. They have a variety of cool stuff to put in your home. They give 20% off coupons from time to time in the mail and will in most cases honor them even if it is expired.

I called the Bed Bath & Beyond location and spoke to a gal that recommended a bamboo pillow. I had already reviewed it & she used it so I had her hold one for me. I picked it up easily at the service desk. I also personally complimented her to a manager. I feel good service speaks volumes!

The store worked very hard to meet my wife's expectations. I think they know her by name she shops so much. The hour spent there made her happy again. Made my life peaceful also. Thank you !!!!

Adrianna was extremly helpful, kind and courteous. Great customer service is hard to find. I haven't shopped here in years, I'll be back.

As always, I found everything I was looking for and then some. I call this place "the bad store" because I'm so bad about going over my budget in here. So many pretty things! I'm a particular fan of t-shirt fabric sheets and BBB has some of the best. I want more!

The people working today were so helpful while I was trying to find an item for a wedding registry. After I paid, they helped me wrap it (I'm useless with wrapping paper. I'll be real, the guy wrapped the whole gift by himself). Awesome.

Very clean store. The Team working there does a wonderful job. Nice to see some smiling faces and people throughout the store asking if you need help instead of having to search for someone.

Awesome staff, Tyler and the 2 ladies pre Christmas Eve helped me out by staying past closing time so I could pick up a present, owe them a lunch, thank you so much.

O love this store, it has items that no other store has and for me that's good.. The staff is very professional, very polite, the costumer service is wonderful, When I'm looking for some item that I can't found, they inmediately are willing to help. I love the location of the store.

Super quick and easy trip bc I knew what I wanted. BUT to have the salesman KNOW about a product that I saw that I used to use but in a different form... he was knowledgeable and told me to try a larger location! I will soon!

let me just say went there other day a d a girl named Keri helped me she was awesome knew where everything was. She was so friendly. will go back there again for sure great store has everything you need.

Always love looking in here. I can usually find something that I want, not necessarily need, but like. They have a variety of items for all your household needs. Recommended!

My husband and I just had the most amazing customer service experience from Chadd at Orange Park location. He went over and beyond to help us find the right pillows. My husband and I are having horrible sleep issues with current pillows and have a closet full of pillows that didn't help. It was also reassuring that if the pillows didn't work, we have 90 days to return. Thank you, again, for going over and beyond to help us!!

Very helpful, professional, courteous staff. Clean, well organized store. Relatively good prices. Always something new to choose from.
