My kid loves the clothing and though it's a little pricey, the customer service is unmatched. The associates are kind, helpful, and make us feel comfortable, even when we think our questions are stupid. It's refreshing, especially since the stores I shop in for myself are rarely as nice or helpful.

My granddaughter likes to take me in here. I think they have a lot of nice things; if I were younger I would definitely shop here more often.

Isabella was very knowledgeable about products I wanted to buy. She helped me make the decisions which Christmas gifts to buy. She was very friendly abd helpful. Anthony made sure I received all discounts possible. Very friendly and helpful

I always feel a warm welcome when stepping inside. Not just from the wrkrs but the atmosphere makes me feel like I'm at home with all of our favorite characters everywhere

Love this store. The manager and associates at the OP location are so kind, friendly and thoughtful.

The customer service was amazing! And everything was so clean and so pretty! They were a little under staffed but that didn't stop them from being amazing people! And they are very considerate of others and didn't try to scam me with the charity that they were doing! I would definitely suggest going here!

I could never say enough how happy I am to see (and buy!) plus size clothing in the store. Hopefully they continue to add more variety and realize that bigger guys exist and want clothes too.

Staff was really friendly. I ended up buying 3 different kinds of candy because it was by 2 get one free. On top of that I recieved my military discount and also found out I had a $5 coupon that I didn't use. So I ended up only paying $1 for my stuff. That was a plus for me.

I've been a fan of HT for a few years now, sure everything is expensive but that's how you know it's high quality. My mom and I Spent over 100 dollars in the store yesterday and when we got home about 70 dollars online. This store is so unique, you'll definitely get compliments!

Kayla was getting off of work a took the whole display down form the highest point just so my child could have the outfits she wanted.. She was supposed to be getting off.. 100000% for customer service. Thanks a bunch..

Staff is friendly and helpful. Forgot to bring hot cash I had gotten a month prior and an employee was able to let me use it still

Today July 17th My family came to the store and we received the most awesome service from the two young men at the register took the time to interact with my two young grandchildren and give us the best service. They also checked on items for me. It was a pleasure to be there they made our day. Thank you Beverly Dirrigl
