The clothes are great quality and the customer service is exceptional. Everyone who has helped me or someone in my family has been wonderful. Tiffany is always amazing at suggesting what items I should try on and I am always amazed at what I buy, because I normally wouldn't have even thought of a certain blouse or jean that was picked for me. I definitely know the team at this store loves what they are doing and cares about the customers looking and feeling their best in what they purchase.

My sister and I stopped in at the Buckle bc its her favorite store. 25 jeans trying on later she finally got a complete outfit thanks to the awesome staff starting with Tiffany. I have never in my life seen Managers and Co workers working together for the good of the customer & the store. This store is very lucky to have the staff they have in this store bc they are not only educated in all the products, jeans, etc but they have a huge compassion with there customers and it really shows. The funny part was they had no idea I do Google reviews so they were straight up & forward true to the love of the jobs, customers and store.

Love this store, my husband took me for my birthday and the girls were over the top helpful before closing. I love my outfits and the help that was provided. Thank you for making my birthday on may 3rd great! The store is clean and tidy, the girls are folding and as always keeping everything stocked. It was easy to maneuver around the store and pick out what I liked. Thank you for a great experience ladies, tall are awesome and keep up the good work!

They have by far the best team atmosphere and dynamic. Tiffany and her coworkers were awesome. The close are pricier than what I would usually pay but not enough with their customer service. I will pay higher prices for having an awesome experience. I will be back, 100%

My wife had found this place while clothes shopping and she wanted to show me so we made an appointment for before the shop officially opened. What a great customer service experience! Our fitter Alyssa was attentive, knowledgeable, and not afraid to suggest new things for us to try on. Absolutely top notch customer service. It's our new favorite clothing retailer for that fact alone, and the fact that the clothing that they sell is good quality and innovative is frosting on the cake. Check out the Sullen brand of tees, they're awesome. Highly recommended!

Super helpful staff! There is a pair of jeans there to fit just about every body type. Good range of sizes. Wide range of pricing. Cute shoes, jewelry, perfume and much more. Great place to shop. I'll definitely be back!
I injured my hand while I was there (my own fault). The employee was so lovely. Got me some alcohol and bandaid. Very compassionate. Went above and beyond.

Customer service was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. I wasn't actually shopping myself, just tagged along with my daughter but as I was waiting for her to try on her jeans, the sales lady brought me a pair of Gabby's to try. They were perfect! Sold!

Truly 1 of my favorite store's. Their staff is truly the best there is. They are always very patient with me (I'm very picky) and are always very helpful, sometimes a little too helpful because I always seem to spend a little too much while I am there lol. They always help me put the best outfits together & thanks to those girls I am always getting compliments on what I am wearing.

We needed shorts. In November. The staff member said they had some upstairs. He led us to a computer screen, let us pick a couple, then went and got them. Great customer service

Love this store! Staff is always so helpful and friendly. I love the old fashioned service they provide when they shop in the store for you and bring items to the dressing room.
What a concept...you don't have to get redressed to go get another size, etc. The sales lady kept asking at the door of the dressing room could she help me.

Sales clerk was super attentive and offered advice. I had heard a lot about their brand of jeans. I've NEVER had a more comfortable pair of jeans. Purchased low rise and mid rise then ordered a pair on line.
