Edible Arrangements

I love sending arrangements from Edible Arrangements at the Argyle Forest, Jax, FL location..The Arrangements are ALWAYS beautiful, fresh, cold and on time. I had a SUPER last minute order that I called in for a friend who was ill. The designer was so compassionate and had the arrangement ready in 30 minutes! I always show my appreciation with a little tip 💰 to go with it! Thank you ladies

I'm in love with their chocolate covered strawberries! This store always has fresh fruit, and the cute delivery driver is just a bonus! I would definitely recommend if you want timely and cheerful deliveries.

Ordered online. Had it set for pickup 2 days after by 10am. Walked in at 950am, greater with a smile and order was exactly like I ordered. It was a gift and the people that received it loved it. I wish I took pictures. I forgot. Next time.

What's not to like about an Edible Arrangement?!?! They are very delicious! But what is so great about the Argyle Forest location is that they have amazing customer service! My daughter sent me an Edible arrangement for my birthday this week, but I wasn't home to accept it. When they called we decided to have it delivered to my neighbor but she wasn't home either so they took the arrangement back to the store and I told them that I would try to get by there and pick it up but unfortunately I couldn't get by. The next day they delivered to my workplace, I wasn't there when they delivered but they delivered it anyhow and then they called me to let me know that it was delivered! That kind of follow up doesn't happen very often and I have to say that I am very appreciative of it! And the Edible Arrangement was as delicious as I expected it to be! Thank you!

I was a little skeptical ordering from this location because of past reviews. But once I found out this location had new owners, I gave it a try. I called my order in, from out of state and spoke to Karen. She was so very helpful in every way and my order was delivered within a few hours. The receiver was so thrilled saying the arrangement was beautiful and the fruit very fresh. The chocolate truffles were delicious. Extremely good experience and could not have been any better. Thank you Karen.

I went there this morning to pickup an arrangement for my mom's birthday. The employee greeted me nicely and introduced me to the new owner. They were so friendly and accommodating. I would gladly give 5 stars for the arrangement that looked like it was freshly made. It is highly recommended and i will definitely order again for mother's day.

Update: may 2015
there are new owners running this location. They did an excellent job getting my wife what I paid for the way I paid for it this time. The fruit was fresh and held properly before arrival, and everything I ordered was there. It came when I wanted it to (within 30mins of scheduled delivery time). The staff is much more friendly and the new owner seems to care about customer service. So if you haven't tried them again, then I would recommend you give these guys another chance.

I love edible arrangements. But I would recommend that you goto a different one than this. I ordered an $80 basket. Fruit balloons and a stuffed bear. Got the fruit half melted, then was given the runaround by this store in getting the balloons and bear, and they never once offered to replace the fruit. Here it is 10 weeks later and still no resolve from them or corporate. I would take the extra time to use a different one because this independently owned location obviously does not care about customer satisfaction once they get your money. You have been warned, this is not the only review like this!!!!!

Karen was AWESOME! She delivered an arrangement to my girlfriend as a surprise. My girlfriend was not at home and she waited. We were communicating the entire time and she was so patient. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I called to speak with her manager, only to find out that she is the manager!! 🙌🏾

It is a pleasure to work with this Edible Arrangements store!

It was a quick little walk in and walk out type shop. They had a refrigerator for the arrangements. The fruit was cut fresh, that day, meaning you have to eat when you get. Don't set a date before you intend to eat the arrangement. It doesn't keep longer than about 2 days.

My sister and I got an arrangement, a pineapple cake tray(pineapples chunks covered in chocolate with colorful chocolate drizzled on top like icing and sprinkles) and some chocolate covered strawberrys. We got that Thursday and Saturday it was on it's way out. Freshly cut fruit everyone.

It was a beautiful arrangement, aromatic, cold, refreshing and my mom loved it. The chocolate was semi-sweet dark and it was so good on the strawberries and pineapples.
You can get add-ons like a bear or balloons. The staff was also very quick and helpful which I really appreciated.

I will 100% be using their service but next time I'll have it delivered because they have refrigerated trucks.

Very great customer service. I live in a different state and wanted to order something for a coworker who is going through a lot right now. Ordered online and they were able to get something the next day. Thank you guys I believe she loved it.

Went and got a half dozen chocolate dipped fruit for my mom. Many options to choose from. You can go real big and extreme or modest in your approach in giving one of these gifts to someone. They are willing to work with you and their customer service is AMAZING!

Fruit bucket of a variety of fresh fruit was so very much appreciated by my parents who are seniors, sheltering in place and not going to the grocery store. Delivery guy was accommodating of my parents age and ability and left their delivery where they could easily reach it. Thank you Edible Arrangements, JAX!

What a great alternative to the sugars and fats offered by other stores. Flowers are nice, but they look pretty for a while and die. You'll remember that someone sent you a beautiful and healthy item for a very long time.

I did a facebook review but i really wanted to do a google review too ! This edible arrangements is the best ever ! They're customer service is fantastic and everything is always fresh and so yummy ! Call and ask for the owner karen shes always happy to help .

Bought this for Members of our church for their anniversary and they said it was delicious! I had a great experience with their delivery as well.
