This is my favorite Old Navy location. You actually get great service. The prices are better than the outlet.

The manager Ms, Jennifer is amazing. She is so helpful, kind and understanding. Ms. Jane the assistant is very patient and knowledgeable at placing an online order. If you have any issue with your online order, come to this store and they will make it right for you. Ms. Jennifer is one awesome store manager. I couldn’t thank her enough.

I needed to return some items bought online and they were able to help me without any issues. The store was well stocked - even the clearance section.

The power went out in the entire mall-- Kiara, the manager, was kind enough to get a bag for me, as well as my name and number, so I could come back and purchase the clothes I had just tried on-- and she did this *in the DARK* by the light of a cell phone! She did the same for the man behind me. Fabulous customer service! 😊

Loved going there for kids! It's almost spring and summer. Get them while you can. The graphic Tshirt were $5-6 but it's worth it. Check em out

Brought in a pair of jeans to exchange as I bought the wrong size, I had the wrong receipt and didn't have the card I had originally used. Clerk was friendly and exchanged the jeans with minimal issues. Great customer service!

Store selection was okay for size 6-7 I did get a couple of cute things for my goddaughter and cashier DJ was a pyre delight at checkout.

The pickup process went very smooth with no problems. The cashier was friendly and she retrieved my order fast and I was out of the store. Great service!

Old Navy has nice Mens clothes. I bought 2 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will be shopping there again.
