One of the best beaches in Palm Coast, FL.
A dog friendly beach, parking, restrooms, a shower to wash the sand off, and a short walk over the dunes.
A perfect setting for those beach pictures!
Located next to Hammock Dunes Resort, just north of the toll bridge on Hammock.

Gorgeous long stretch of beach. Very wide open and not too crowded at all. A great place to walk a doggy and let it play in the water and on the beach. Bathroom & water fountain.

Loved this beach!! Brought our pup. Beach and bathrooms were clean. The shower could have been better maintained / more useful.

Beautiful state park. The beach is incredible. It is clean, fairly flat, no development, not crowded and excellent for swimming when the wind is calm. My favorite beach in Florida. Also, check out the Salt Run for kayaking, sailing and SUP. It is perfect. Lots of wildlife, dolphins and birding opportunities.

Parking is across A1A. The boardwalk is short the view is expansive!!! There is a higher platform to view the ocean and imagine the landing of Ponce deLeon. The statute of a Ponce deLeon is pointing west. Very neat with open access to all he beach.

Very clean dog friendly location. Small parking lot so arrive early. Bathrooms were clean but the shower for rinsing off was not working very well. Great beach day though!

This beach used to be a lot better before hurricanes Ian and Nichole, used to find sharks teeth, the bathrooms are outdated, but are clean

It's a nice quiet little beach if you want to be by yourself. It's not the hustle and bustle a Flagler Beach. It's dog friendly and it's easy to find their showers and a bathroom and it's a nice little spot.

Traveled up here from my hotel, twenty minute ride. Was not disappointed, very clean and well kept.

Nice clean beach. Free parking and bathroom facilities. There is also a new mat that goes across the dunes entrance that makes it easier to access the beach. For bikes, beach carts, strollers, or limited mobility people or pets that have trouble getting through the sand and closer to the water.

I love biking those trails are trails are very nice looks like it was an old paintball field so they did some great work out there there's a little hidden gems like the lakes and the little fort remember everybody pick up your trash you know take it with you don't leave it on the fence post or fences I mean I picked up some trash myself since I use it so much but come on man that's given to us the people to go have fun and we leave our trash that's my only down size of it other than that nature's awesome

Old Salt Park is a hidden gem in Florida. It's a small park, but it's packed with things to do. There's a playground for kids, a picnic area, and a walking trail that winds through the park. The park is also home to a variety of wildlife, including alligators, turtles, and birds.

I visited Old Salt Park on a recent trip to Florida, and I was really impressed. The park is well-maintained, and it's a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. I especially enjoyed the walking trail, which offered beautiful views of the park and the surrounding area.

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to visit in Florida, I highly recommend Old Salt Park. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Here are some additional details about Old Salt Park:

Admission is free.

The park is open from sunrise to sunset.

There are restrooms and a water fountain available.

Pets are allowed on a leash.

There are no food or drink vendors on site, so you'll need to bring your own.

I hope you enjoy your visit to Old Salt Park!

I like going there because it's quiet there's not as many people and I can enjoy the beach and read a book. I also like to go to Flagler but this place is just quiet and clean.

Sat by the shore at night with a friend and I watched the sunrise the next day. It was a cool little spot. I can hardly imagine someone not enjoying this place.
