Mr. Don Bernard, the business manager of men’s suits, was amazing! I went in with my daughter and her boyfriend looking for suits for prom and he was so patient and nice! He was hands on and very helpful! He worked directly with my daughter and her boyfriend showing them so much respect that isn’t usually shown to teenagers. I wanted to let them speak to him so that they could convey their wishes and dreams for their prom. She even had her gown so that they could match. He measured my daughter’s boyfriend and guided them through the process, even sharing his experience with his own son. He perfectly combined professionalism with relatability and guidance. He answered all of their questions and made them feel confident in their selections. He was also honest and didn’t try to sell them on items that the store didn’t have. They couldn’t find a perfect shade of pink for his shirt so instead of trying to convince them to buy another top, he suggested that they purchase the suit from Dillard’s and then seek the top elsewhere, even going out of his way to make suggestions. This gave me even greater confidence in Dillard’s as a brand. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my shopping experience 😊!!!

Jessie Matthew Jack Terry Noah and Stephanie from the cologne/perfume have all been amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me start my journey with fragrances and I have made a few purchases from here the customer service has been excellent and it is a reason why I continue to come back to Dillards to learn more and expand my collection highly recommend these guys!. -Kara

Dillards at Orange Park Mall is a great store. If I’m looking for brand name items, I look here. And they’re really good quality, things you can’t find anywhere else. I’m from the North. The store I would compare to Dillards is Mcy’s. If I want a quality gift, I can find one here. I just wish there was one closer to me. I just visited The Avenues Mall, 2 story Dillards! It’s huge! I need an entire day to really check it out. I’ll be back!

Been shopping here for over 30 years. I almost always find what I need. Dori in menswear was so helpful and pleasant. Give that woman a healthy raise. You need more people like her

I went to get fitted for a bra. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommend going to see her if you need sizing.

I was able to purchase some Betsey Johnson bedazzled sneakers I wanted the blue Cade bedazzled boots but they were not in stock The customer service was great

When I came in the other day to look for some dress shirts, I had a couple questions I needed answered and went to speak with Don in the suits section. Don was incredibly accommodating and made sure to address every question I had, including multiple after the fact. He then helped me find cologne and some other items I was after. Don acted with the utmost professionalism and treated me with the respect every customer wants to be treated with. I will be returning to Dillard's in the future with the largest reason being Don.

I enjoy shopping at Dillard's because I love the fast service very relaxing very quiet. And the clothing is very affordable. My daughter has a baby on the way so we purchase baby clothes. Thank you for the service

Let me tell you I think my family had one of the best shopping experiences of our life. There's a wonderful lady named Mrs. Judy (junior womans formal wear)that helped my 70 year old mother try on and pick out an outfit for her upcoming Elvis (impersonator) concert on Thursday. This means going with us from floor to floor and showing us all Dillard's had to offer. We not only will come back to Dillard's for clothes but won't ever forget it. I am not only personally thankful for lifting my mothers spirits but am glad to have met her. Ty.

I went to find a room fragrance at Dillard’s in the Orange Park, FL mall. Upstairs in the linens, china and housewares department Maria greeted me with a warm welcome. I had a few questions she answered and was very helpful in my overall experience. Maria enjoys her job and she is very good at it! She takes pride in good customer service. Thank you Maria! Dillards is lucky to have you on their team.

I went here looking for a dress for my sons upcoming wedding. Kim in ladies dresses was over the top helpful, found me 4 dresses in the pale pink color I was searching for. Kim was so helpful, kind,
and sincere. I was so happy and pleased with the service! Kim is a valuable employee.

The lady at orange Park Mall was great she showed me different styles of the brahmin purses. She was so personable which was very good and since COVID I don't see that anymore I wish I remembered her name.
