TGI Fridays

The ribs literally melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend two thumbs up. The staff is friendly. I'll be back again. This is my first time trying in Jacksonville location. I've done Orlando and another state...but this location tasted the best yet.

Went in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We sat at the bar, but there was plenty of seating inside/outside the restaurant. They added small plates to the menu which is like an appetizer for one. Wings were great and whiskey burger (not pictured) did not disappoint.

Had Brandie for our waitress and she is beyond amazing!! She knew our order and was very accommodating with any requests we had. Very friendly and goes the extra mile! I cannot recommend her as a waitress enough. Thank you so much! Very pleased with the service and always look forward to eating at tgif in orange park!

A waitress named Brandie was the best waitress I have ever had well the whole TGI FRIDAYS place is amazing!! Their food I always amazing (everytime I come here it’s amazing) But Brandie I loved her. She remembered our whole order in her head, that’s literally a talent! Definitely give this place a 5 stars!!!

I had server Katelyn and she was on top of everything kept making sure we had everything that we needed and more! I got the whisky glazed chicken sandwich and it was really good definitely recommend it. Will for sure fill you up. Over all definitely recommend this restaurant.

The customer service was wonderful. Thank you Bridgette, Manuel and The manager Stan. My food was really good. My ribs were tender and my salmon was moist and not dry. I asked for my broccoli extra soft and that is just what I got. I am so happy that I gave Friday's another chance. I will be there again this weekend.

Today after a long day we decided to try Fridays before we headed home and I was extremely pleased with Miss Mackayla attentiveness. She made sure our drinks were full and made sure that we didn’t need anything during our entire visit. We will definitely be back!

Just had to thank our amazing waiter Devon for his outstanding service. From the time we were sat till we left he was nothing short of perfection. We had ordered the pick 2 with the ribs and chicken for myself with the whisky glaze sauce and my husband had the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta both were cooked ro perfection. My kids were especially excited they could get mozzarella sticks as their side along with their chicken tenders. For dessert the kids tried the dirt and worms which was a hit and fun. We will definitely be returning.

Went today for a snack before a movie and had a wonderful time. The food arrived faster than I could have ever expected. Our server Brandi was delightful and friendly. She was super attentive and helpful..

Mrs. Brandie took great care of us! Ask for her when you visit. Her recommendations were spot on and she made the whole experience memorable and fun. Swing by before a movie or just because. Great place, clean, and Mrs. Brandie!!

Love this place! Food is always good. Great service! Sumer does a great job! She’s always so polite and friendly. Keeps our drinks full and always asks if there’s anything else she can get for us. Will definitely return!

Me and my boyfriend went here recently , it was amazing experience the food was absolutely amazing, i got the Bacon burger and it came out perfect, my boyfriends whiskey ribs was amazing, we love that sauce. And our server was absolutely amazing. Summer treated us with so much respect, she was so friendly, and made us feel like family. We definitely will be coming back!

The food came fresh and hot the cheese sticks is a hit . Brandi our water was sweet and very attentive to our needs so ask for her if you want an amazing experience. The manager was nice as well and assured we our food was up to par thank you i will

We visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch with our family visiting from out of town. our waitress Norene made lunch so much fun. her service was excellent, her recommendations were spot on, and she was a complete joy to talk to. Shee joked around with us, entertained the kids, kept our drinks filled, plates cleared, and just made it a great experience where we definitely be coming back. I highly recommend trying their new watermelon limeade cocktail, it was one of the best drinks I've had in a while. Kudos to the gentleman behind the bar making the drinks. The food was served hot and very tasty.We can not wait to come back.

Brandie was amazing with our family. She was very attentive and made sure we were always good. The food was delicious and we enjoyed everything. Ask for Brandie when you go, I promise you won't regret it.

It's been quite a while since I visited a TGI Friday's but I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the food and service. We ordered the whiskey grilled chicken sandwich and the Friday's sampler. The ribs were so tender. Enjoyed 2 drinks the Alabama Slamma. Would highly recommend.

We had a good time on our date night last weekend. We enjoyed the food, the drinks, the people around us & or service. The lady taking care of us, Somer (sorry if that's misspelled but I remember her saying it was spelled different)had a great attitude & greeted us with a smile every time. She was always checking on us & she even had us laughing a lot, which we loved!! We will be back.

My server BRANDIE was pleasant and very professional she took my order shortly after I sat down, she explained the menu told me her favorites and she check on me periodically to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything... we need more servers like BRANDIE in the food industry to male customers feel more relaxed when dinning in... in my opinion BRANDIE could teach others how to server customers who is dinning in.... BRANDIE thank you for taking care of me during my experience in your store it's been ages since I dined at the REGENCY locations... thanks again BRANDIE and continue being the awesome server you are......

My goodness! We love this place ! Madelyn has been taking such good care of us recently. We've enjoyed her so much! But when Brandie showed up today we were ecstatic! We love the service and the people!
