Belk

Serenity saved the day! Visited Belk at the Orange Park mall while my husband & I were shopping. We were looking for some fragrances. We stopped at one of the other department stores in the mall first (rhymes with Willard’s) & did not enjoy the staffs attitudes. We went to Belk instead & were immediately & pleasantly greeted by Serenity! She is an awesome employee. She gladly helped my Husband & I try out several scents for each of us. She worked with us both in finding the products we liked & took care of us the entire time. We plan on going back again soon for our skincare needs.

On my first shopping trip here, I couldn't find a sales associate. Once I did find one, my transactions were processed quickly.
Yesterday was my second trip to the store, and the place was staffed for the huge ongoing sale. I came home with many items and products.

I always love shopping here! They actually have a petite section to fit my clothing, and they have some pretty good sales.

The store was clean. The young lady working in the Women's section was helpful.

Good experience. Pricing well within my budget. The store needs more experienced personal on the floor.

I came in to the Belk store in orange park mall today. Shanee was very helpful , provided great customer service . She is very very polite , kind and compassionate to the customers. She is very knowledgeable .SHE’S AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY!! I LOVE HER !! SHE NEEDS A RAISE . SHE’S ALWAYS SMILING 🙂.

A must-to-visit department store at Orange Park mall! It has lots of amazing deals on almost everything. I bought myself a couple of high-quality bathrooms floor mats. I saved over 20 dollars on each! I'm planning to get all my furniture, kitchen and living room decorations at Belk! Can't wait!

Dare I say, this is now my new favorite store? I'd never been in Belk previously, because I assumed pretentiousness. Maybe. I went recently, and I was super excited about all of my great finds! The prices were reasonable, the selection was great, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and the coupons were plentiful! While in the store, the intercom mentioned the Belk app for additional savings. I downloaded it in store, and saved a so much money. I've been on the app just about every day since then.

Great prices. The bigger sizes could use more style. It's time to start making pretty clothes for all women. Much of clothes today are downright ugly & appear to be made by someone who hates women.

Great deal. I bought a lot of Christmas gift. I pay my bill every month so I can shop during the holiday. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

I do not shop in the store normally but as u walked through I was approached by a skin Carr specialist named Shanee who btw had flawless skin so I listened to what she had to say...I love her! She was amazing and very knowledgeable about my skin. She listened to what I don't like before suggesting any product and she was on point with her recommendation! That was first purchase I made from that section EVER! So thank you Shanee for the help and kind words about my old skin I will def be back to see her!

Awesome I saved 170.00 big clearance ..Nice sales people as well.

Today's sales were fantastic.
Cashier was very helpful and very polite.
Definitely will be returning. Btw if you download their app there is a 50 percent of coupon that you can use throughout the store.

Walked across store with a online return.
Several closed customer service areas. Finally saw a human and asked my question, to be told if you have shoes take them to shoes. Ok....I have not brought anything back so had no idea. She could have been a bit nicer.
Well got back to that area of store in shoes
Young man was very pleasant and helpful. Had my return done in about 2 minutes.
Told me all was taken care of.
Thank you young man .
I know the Orange Park Mall is having hard times. So sad. But for the few customers that do come there. Please have courteous people working there.

I WILL ALWAYS GO BACK BECAUSE OF SHANEE’. SIMMONS!!!!!!! She helped me on a day I came in to get some things to make me feel better, pretty.
She came all the way out of her department to help me, because there was no one else.
She helped me get me perfume, mascara, and some other odd ends. THANK YOU SO MUCH SHANEE’!!!!! You really turned my day around ♥

One of my favorite things is writing glowing reviews. I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to give props to my girls Shanee in the women's department at the Orange Park Belks. I was shopping around but in a customer service like position as myself whenever I have the opportunity to listen in, I do. This lovely young lady wish so patient and incredible with her customers. She had a couple of tough ones I must admit. Did this derail Shanee? Not for 1 second. She handled these folks with such Grace and patience. I shared with her that I was listening and how amazing she was. We had a great conversation. What a tremendous asset to the Belk team But even more what a beautiful human being she is.

Went to Belk with my wife to check out the current sale. A very savvy shopper, she found several items of clothing for work. We were both very pleased with the sale prices. They were nicely stocked which made the sale even better. We frequently shop at Belk because we find excellent value for their prices.
