Always nice and very knowledgeable. went in looking for a specific shirt i bought previously and left with so much more than i expected. staff are always great and helpful!

Now this store, unlike the Avenues store, has their stuff together! Great salesman, wish I would have gotten his name, went out of his way, called his manager at home! - to take care of my issue. There was an odd issue with a return because of a buy one get one half price Black Sabbath shoes, but this guy assured me that my issue was going to be handled and he did! I was also impressed with a manager who would take a call at home to help deal with an issue for a customer! This is what used to keep retail stores alive, a confident, polite, knowledgeable salesman who handles business and a no nonsense manager. With a winning attitude and work ethic like that, that guy will have his own business one day soon and his manager will undoubtedly have continued success as well. I'll definitely recommend people shop there, great store.

I'm coming out here to set things straight Imao, I was
the OLD 1st assistant manager! I LOVE this job. The
store manager is AMAZING. She actually trained me to
get my position. I was always able to speak up about
my ideas. The store manager was constantly in the
store but due to uncertain events she had to take leave
which is understandable. Lmao, don't believe in a review
of someone who worked there for about a month.

Staff is awesome. They were honest with my daughter about what she needed to fix her board. Before coming her we went to another store and was trying to get her to buy things she did not need

If I could give more stars I would. I went in to see if I could get an item in a smaller size and they didn’t have it in store so they ordered the pants for me online. They were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Definitely gonna shop there again!

Cool place. We bought one complete custom skateboard and rebuilt an old skateboard I have. The customer service was excellent.
