When I tell you I went to the cosmetic department to get some perfume for my friend and myself. The Manager was so helpful. She took her time with me and explained the different scents and her opinions. The first day I didn’t buy anything but when I came back 2 days later I purchased 3 things and told my friends to come there. I will be back and thank you for making my shopping experience amazing.

Very nice and clean. Nice employees. Enjoyed my visit. Although when I was a kid I don't remember the men's clothes being up the escalator. But that's where they are now, along with houseware products. They have a gorgeous selection of gowns. And seems reasonably priced.

We went into JCPenney's to get a suit for a cruise they had exactly what I wanted for a fairly reasonable price

I like going to this JCPenny. It has some good quality merchandise. My wife enjoys shopping here as well.

Shout out to Miranda today for doing such an amazing job on my Newborns pictures. He’s 6 days old and HATES being put down and the whole session took about 3 hours. She was so awesome, patient and understanding. And all my photos turned out sooo good in between all the stopping, nursing and fits. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and photos!

Haven't been here in what seems like forever. Lots of clothes to chose from! Was able to find 2 beautiful dresses . The staff are very friendly although you can't expect to find many employee's as they seem short staffed. I definitely need to go back as they had some pretty boots.

Loved the jewelry selection, my fiance found the most beautiful and unique engagement ring there. Part of our reason in choosing J.C.Penny was also the phenomenonal staff that assisted us in making a decision and utilizing sales.

The customer service is amazing. I didn't have to wait in line a million hours. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, their clearance sales are on point. Best JC Penneys so far!!

I spent the last of my JCPenney gift card. It was very hard to find good clearance items but after several minutes I bought two items only spending and additional 7 dollars with my gift card.

I needed sweaters and caught a good sale. They had just what I wanted. Good sales assistance front staff.

Quality staff, I was kindly assisted in Shoe Department for Work shoes. Mrs. Bobbie aided me in choosing and walked me to Order Department to order Shoes that were not available in my size. They ordered them and made arrangements for the Delivery to my home!

I'll always root for Penney's!
They've always been my favorite department store for a few reasons: their reasonable prices, frequent sales, AND they have always carried my size (I wear a 34" inseam lol) - even during those awkward teen years!
Not sure what I'd do for an Easter dress every year if it wasn't for Penney's! They always carry my favorite designers, like Calvin Klein or Anne Klein (huh, wonder if they're related..).
I still check other stores, but none compare.
I only have one problem:
Their extensive inventory is so reasonably priced that it takes forever to actually decide! 😝❤

Went straight to the jewelry counter where I found my Christine presents from my boyfriend's. I got got a cross necklace and a beautiful promise ring. I will treasure them both the rest of my life. Also have a lifetime warranty on both.

I love shopping here. The store is always clean. Employees stop to ask if you need help, merchandise is quality. The middle and upper priced towels are amazing and they run big sales on them several times a year. The hair salon is wonderful!

Great customer service, I had an online order that wasn't going to be ready for a few hours. I went to the store 20 minutes after placing my order and the two clerks pulled my order early for me. Otherwise I would've had to wait around or come back the next day.

Stopped in for a suit for a wedding. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices! Every other store I visited barely had anything. If you need to get some nice dress clothes go here!

Loved my experience there. I also took pictures at their portrait studio, the manager was very friendly and professional., she made us feel welcomed and relaxed during our photo session. After the session we were able to ride the elevator and do some shopping on both levels. there were great deals to take an opportunity of. The store was clean and neat. I was looking for sneakers for my daughter and was able to find everything quickly. Shopping for girls clothing was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
