Paid for my wife to get her hair braided, I like the results. Would be 5 stars if the stylist wasn't so distracted while talking on the phone and to other people.

Was late for appointment . Stylist's advised that my hair would look exactly like picture it didn't and wasn't given a opportunity to look at my hair before leaving the salon

I’m going to give her two stars only because she offered to fix my braids … I’m pregnant & been dealing with stress / depression so lately I haven’t took good care of my hair . She embarrassed me in front of a client saying my hair was real nappy and I need to comb it . She’s a older women that should know how that pregnancy depression will have you . Her other client laughed at me ! If my ride was nearby i would’ve left honestly ! Where is the hospitality??? You’re a hairdresser and complaining about combing hair . She blamed me for not being able to do another client hair because of my “ nappy hair “ had her hands hurting . She then complained about using her hot comb to detangle my hair.. she said next time that would be 20+ if she have to use it because it cost to run electricity… when I left the shop I had uneven whop sided box braids ! I don’t have a car so I can’t just leave and go to her when I want .. I’m also a full time mother . I seen another review where someone said she left them with uneven braids as well. She also pick and choose who to give discounts to . I seen a girl getting extended braids I asked how much & she said she would charge 400$ . But her client got a discount . She over charge for braids that a unlicensed person can do a whole lot better . My head look incomplete it’s embarrassing! I do appreciate her for offering to fix it but she is not coming in my head ever again. Think twice before you book with her !!

Paid for my daughter to get her hair done. The braids were uneven and whop sided. Did not last more then 2 weeks after paying 250$. She also did not use gel or edge control, no tuck method or anything.

The braids were poorly done...looks like a child did them will NEVER GO BACK!!!Awaste of 200.00 some braids are thick so are thin..sad...
