Chris, our salesperson couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He let us wander as we wished, never pushy but always available to answer questions.
We purchased a sectional sofa that was exactly what we wanted. It's beautiful. It was delivered in days, not weeks.
Delivery men were great.
Not worried about it holding up as Haverties has an excellent reputation and they don't sell junk. Whole experience was great. Thanks!

I came in on Sunday with my husband to purchase a recliner for my Mother. Lilli helped us out. She greeted us and then asked what we were looking for and showed us what was available. She went over all our options for each piece we were looking at. We ended up purchasing a recliner and it arrived on Wednesday. The delivery team set it up and the recliner looks great! I love it. Thank you to our sales associate, Lilli, for her excellent customer service. And thank you to the delivery team.

Tim greeted me at the door. He listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction pointing out merchandise he thought would be of interest. Tim was available to answer questions and was very knowledgeable, sharing information to help me make the right decisions. I didn't feel pressured- it was a very positive experience.

Went in to browse after a less than satisfactory experience at a nearby competitor. Met Jimmy Patterson who steered us towards the pieces we were looking for. Good quality and priced accordingly. Jimmy provided outstanding info and set proper expectations about orders and delivery times. We will be back!

I LOVE the associates at this store! Lilli and Michael are the epitome of professionalism, personality, and have made my furniture buying experience incredible. They really listened to what I was looking for and had excellent suggestions to make my room really look polished and feel like home without looking stuffy. Ryan was so helpful and kind. The whole process was a dream because we all know the “reputation” of furniture salespeople, but these folks have raised the bar for what you should expect when shopping. If only my house had more rooms to furnish…

I will never buy a couch/sofa/sectional anywhere but Haverty's!!! In the past I have been burned by competitors and quality issues with their furniture. Many years ago ( probably 2008ish?) I was looking for a couch, I stopped in Haverty's just to browse, I had no intention of making a purchase, but I did. I made that purchase based on quality, customer service and the fact that they stand behind their furniture. I am now on my 3rd Harvey's couch (my original is at my mothers and still looks brand new) I have to say I didn't think my experience with Haverty's would get any better. TIM MAJORS, in sales at the Orange Park location, this man is top notch!!! He knows his stuff. Knowledgable, polite, efficient and PATIENT. He is all the good things! He is not a "pushy" salesman. He took the time to listen and actually HEAR what we were looking for, our likes and dislikes and he went over details of different pieces with us to ensure we were 100% happy with our purchase. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Haverty's, their furniture and specifically, Tim Majors. Thanks Tim, you ROCK!!!! :)
