A fabulous place to stay any time you are in the area. Brevard County best prices. Minutes from Cocoa Beach 🏄🏻🐬 Cape Canaveral 🚀 the owner and staff are ladies who help with any of your needs and questions you may have about the Area or other events in the including Cocoa Village. So stop by and enjoy your visit.

Don’t believe the haters. I’ve stayed many times. Great staff, great rates and very comfortable. Location is ideal. Five minute walk to Cocoa Village and ten minute drive to beach. Rockledge, Melbourne and Viera very close as well. This place should be first on your list.

Any time I am in town, I stay here. It is a quiet, comfortable place to stay. The location is great, within walking distance of Cocoa Village . (The only reason a person writes a bad revied is because they did not follow the rules and was asked to leave.)

I have lived here for maybe the past 9 months. It's a weekly rate but I don't think they have any Vacancies right now.

The lady there was so nice, the rooms were ok mini fridge and microwave great prices nice older lady lives there and small businesses nice to support

I can only leave a review based on my visit to Van Winkle. The rooms are a bit small, but they have your basic needs. This hotel has a no visitor policy ( which could be a good thing). Also, the weekly rates are unbeatable. If you don’t mind a small room- this place could work. Downside: Room are rarely available.

At first the attendant was awesome. She gave great customer service but no wifi really hurt the service rating. Carpets need to be removed. That will improve the smell and fix the bug issues. For the price it's the best value you can find if you can live without wifi.

2 weeks later. This place is nasty they only clean the rooms every two weeks. You pay weekly. No wonder there this pace is infested with roaches.

Have a friend that wanted to stop by while driving down to south florida. Asked about the visitors policy they would not be staying over night. However you have to pay for someone to come in the room you are already paying weekly to occupy. I believe that's not right never visited a hotel and have them charge for family to come in to the place you are staying.

Update: the owner called the front desk to have them to ask me to leave because my review. Witch is against the law however what is not against the law is refusal to except payment. The are right about that. How ever this nasty attack is why you should stay clear of this motel. I have a video of how nasty the incounter was hopefully google let's me upload it

Manager/Owner lady, "smoker" in and out of your room while your away, fussing with windows and AC. So when you come back it takes the ancient AC 45 minutes to cool down your room. Once on her list she'll be

parking, whatever she can find. These rooms are out of the sixties never been upgraded, bearly 10x10.feet square.
The faucets are antiques, shower is 30 inchs by 30 inchs. Once left for awhile without AC running you can smell the old mold and dirt. The cheap price isn't worth it.

The place is a run down dump and has roaches the size of a small animal. The place had bed bugs and stains on everything. The manager lady who lives there is a nosey nagging hag who watches your every move. Anywhere is better than this place.

Tried to call three times tonight. Not even a answer. Will never try again.
