Cheyenne is amazing! My mother was having issues getting things sorted out with her account using the 1-800 customer service number. I took her into the store & Cheyenne used her knowledge & experience to resolve the issue quickly & completely. We truly appreciated her time & her help. My mother's experience on the phone with customer service could not have been worse, but Cheyenne got things sorted out quickly like a true professional. Thank you again, Cheyenne!

I came in for an in store pickup. The phone didn’t work once I got home.

After spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service they told me to return the phone to the store I got it from and do an exchange. The sales rep Will that helped me was so patient, even though I was extremely frustrated. He called his manager Lianne and Verizon customer service while toggling mute and communicating with me the whole time he worked so hard to get my problem resolved. It took a while because the phone I had gotten was faulty and was not able to be activated. The people working this store are awesome! Will and Dimitrius stayed after over 2 hours after closing to help me get this all resolved.

I walked out a happy customer, new working IPhone 12 in hand.

Today the manager, Lianne, called me to make sure that my phone was working and apologized for the inconvenience. I told her she has great employees and I walked out happy after all the craziness of getting a phone that didn’t work and exchanging it for one in store that does.

Highly recommend this store. I will be going to them with any other Verizon issues.

Latavia Young is employed by Verizon in the King George VA store. She was very helpful and patient in helping me with all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what she did on my phone. Often young people are short in patience and don't take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this young lady and kudos for her excellent service and representation of Verizon

Great and painless experience. Went in to buy/replace broken phone and both ladies were kind, helpful, and attentive. They even went out of their way to get the model I wanted, which wasn't at the store, instead of pressuring me into something else!

Great phone deals. Better rates than Sprint or Tmobil. Super coverage. 10 out of 10.. the employees are very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs and accessories that they offer. Great place to shop for new phones.
