Roger Clark has been taking care of my (C) Corporation Federal and State income tax returns for over 10 years. Roger and his staff have always been prompt, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Clark & Associates.

Roger and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. They have prepared taxes for our family for many years and have been especially helpful in years where we have had retirements, disaster losses, etc.

He is a total A+ TAX MASTER! Fine, honest, caring gentleman as well.

It took over 2.5 months for him to prepare our 2019 taxes. I continously followed up with him, indicating we needed our tax return for business purposes. Specifically, we needed them to apply for covid19 funding. He told me on numerous occasions he would have them to me the next week. I understand given the current situation with the virus if he needed additional time, but 2.5 months is unacceptable and he never communicated with me that he would need additional time, just assumed it was okay to keep putting us off. Our business was negatively impacted because of his delay. When I indicated I needed them within 1 week or we were withdrawing our taxes from him, he was condescending and rude to me. He indicated the IRS had provided an extension to file taxes and I should just be fine with that. The IRS may have provided an extension, but I did not give him authorization to delay our taxes just because there was an extension. We told him on multiple occasions we needed them.

Throughout the process he was short with me and condescending. His staff stuck up for him saying "that's just how he talks to everyone." That does not make it acceptable.

He originally quoted me $200 for the returns. I was then charged $695 with no explanation as to why, except that there were multiple phone calls from us. Yes, we had to call several times to ask when our taxes would be done and get info from him for our loan docs. If our taxes had been done in a timely manner, I wouldn't have needed to call! I asked for a breakdown of the fees and he gave me a list of the forms he prepared with no further fee explanation or a list of the calls he was charging for.
