Best Western Plus Panama City Hotel

This has been the BEST ,BW hotel we've stayed at during our 23 day journey.
The food quality of breakfast has surpassed all the other locations.

The rooms were spotless.

LINDSAY is a staff member who does it all. I'm not sure she ever went home to sleep, but she always had a smile, an infectious laugh. She was in top of every request we made including staying an extra night, pillows, towels. If we could take her with us as we travel on to the next BW we would.

Close to everything. Very clean. The breakfast was hands down the best I have ever had at a hotel. The front desk was super helpful and friendly.

We were so pleased with our stay. The room was really nice. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was a plus! The pool is small but sufficient. Good job!

I always seem to have at least one issue at any hotel I have ever stayed, and that was NOT the case for this stay! We called ahead and spoke with Ti-Anna to ask how late the pool was open because I had two eager kiddos who wanted to swim, and she was just the sweetest and kindest! We have the best experience from check in, to her just being the NICEST human ever! The rooms were spotless and very modern and up to date! It smelled like fresh laundry and clean! Don’t even let me get started on breakfast ❤ it was so fresh and better than anything I have ever experienced at a hotel! Fresh omlets, breakfast potatoes, two types of sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles.. and what wasn’t available the staff made sure to offer when it was available! I cannot express enough how amazing our stay was! Will be returning in two weeks and can’t wait!!!

Great staff, willing to be flexible charging your account to coincide with your ever changing work schedule. Pool was nice and clean, only neighbor being loud was me telling anyone who would listen how nice the folks running the show here are. 11/10 will be back again.

Great little spot, honestly just trust the good reviews. All the staff were sweet and attentive, room was great. It may be because I’m a bit of a husky fella, but the breakfast was top notch. Perfect little hotel for a quick trip to PCB! Will definitely stay again.

I was hesitant to try this location but so glad i did. I needed to stay close to Gulf Coast hospital so the location was good. I was impressed with the style and look of the lobby, the rooms are fresh and nice, the coffee machine makes excellent coffee 24 7 and the staff up front was quite nice. Even tho there were a few issues the staff handled it very well. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone needed to stay in the city. Plus its not that far of a drive to PCB, and theres an IHOP and gas station literally next door.

I travel for work regularly and I've stayed at a number of hotels in the Panama City area. I've found myself choosing this Best Western Plus hotel over the others around town -including the fancy Hilton Garden Inn across the street. They are equal in quality and how nice they are, but the price difference is staggering. It's very nice and I haven't one bad thing to say about it! Very nicely kept. Very clean. Very nice folks. It's hard to beat the price! It's priced right. It keeps me coming back. Like for instance tonight I'm staying here at the OFF SEASON rate and there is a $60 per night difference. See you next time! I loved staying at this hotel it was really nice and the staff was great. They also have a very nice pool and breakfast area would definitely recommend.

Great price, great free breakfast, clean rooms and lobby, friendly front desk staff. I've stayed at hotels of a similar price range and have been disappointed. This is not the case here. Very satisfied with my stay. Will be back.

clean. The staff are very professional. I have to say I would rather stay with Best Western over choice, Wyndham -hotels, etc. I will have to stir away to use my choice points. And see what I can do with the Wyndham points. Maybe I could sell them back to Wyndham. Best Western is the #1 best. I give them a 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a great hotel especially for the price! Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. No complaints! Idk about the breakfast as there is Krispy Kreme down the street and I had breakfast there.

Good experience here, the location is a nice one, close to a street with restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and clean and the view from the top floor was amazing.

It was very clean and the staff was so friendly. It is about 15 to 20 minutes from the beach but it was worth having a clean room versus immediate access to the beach. The pool is closed due to Covid-19

We visit there on Father's Day Juneteenth of 2022 the service was excellent the room were immaculate and clean smell good the location was just what we needed
