Wood Art USA

We found the Wood Art USA vendor tent at EAA Air Venture. My husband spotted a bi-plane that he fell in love with. However, the owner offers us a different, more detailed model. I felt that was super thoughtful of him! He was talking about the company while packing up the model and forgot to include the stand. Once I got into contact with the company they sent out the stand immediately. What was even more impressive was that they sent the package on priority so the stand arrived the next day. Considering we live in Wisconsin, this was greatly appreciated. Every person I came in contact with from start to finish was so very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

This review is for the orange park location. Ordered a custom wood plaque, recieved it within the time prescribed. They do not offer military discount on custom work, but thats understandable. The quality was decent, I had a request to have a unit patch added onto the plaque and it came out asymmetrical giving the entire plaque an off look. They got the order correct, and you can tell they do some other great work just looking around. I would have appreciated the same attention to detail to be applied to my order given the cost.

buyer beware, zero communications regarding order placed and paid for - its been a month with several voice messages and emails - zero customer service - I paid for the SR71 April 2nd at the Shaw AFB air show and you gave me your card and stated I would have it in 2 weeks

Bought a plane at an airshow in a box and when I got home it was broken in the box. They won’t answer my phone calls
