Wanda Miller was absolutely wonderful during the entire home-buying process. My wife and I were decently new to Panama City Beach
and were working with a lower budget and she was always on the lookout for the perfect house for us! As a nurse, I work longer hours and she was more than willing to meet later in the evenings for showings which also helped make the whole process so much easier. She was very quick to respond and a wonderful advocate for us as buyers! I highly recommend her!

Lindsay Minter was our agent & she was fantastic!! She’s super friendly, understanding & isn’t pushy at all. She is truly your agent so she wants what’s best for you & your family. Lindsay showed us so many homes until we found the right one. Closing took longer than expected, there were some unforeseen hiccups & Lindsay was so amazing she helped us with providing a mover as our help wasn’t available the day we ended up closing. Lindsay helped keep us sane during the super stressful process. ☺

Can't speak highly enough about my experience with Think Realty and Wesley Best. He's been absolutely amazing I now consider him part if my family. He walked me through my first house purchase, then the sale of my house (which was put on Market on Saturday and bid was accepted on Monday) and when moved out of state he referred me to a realtor who had me set up, approved and looking at houses when arrived. Always courteous, helpful, friendly, and especially honest which made me feel comfortable and made it memorable experience both buying and selling. He checked in with me periodically after puchase and sale of my home and when traveling out of state to make sure we were okay and am so blessed to have met him. The professional photos taken for selling my home were beautiful and do believe were why it sold so quickly. We just closed on our home on 8/14/23. Wesley Best was the most amazing realtor! This process was quick and smooth! He planted a seed with my husband and I a couple years ago. He has constantly checked in on us. Walked us through some helpful tips on building credit and getting prepared to buy a home. We did not think this was attainable for us this soon. We are so blessed to have had someone invest time, patience, and most of all provide encouragement to us! We are first time home buyers and feel like we had an overall remarkable experience! My advise to THINK is to keep him!!!! He is knowledgeable of many grants and assistance programs, and connected us to an amazing mortgage lender also! They were transparent, and always available to answer questions and break things down for us!!! As a person of color, there are many stigmas around being able to get into a home. It takes fair, and just Realtors, Brokerages, and lenders to break the mold. EVERYONE deserves a chance to own a home! So glad Wesley could guide us on this path to homeownership! We recently purchased a gorgeous home in King’s Point from Miss Dawn Roberts at Think Real Estate. She went above and beyond our expectations. Miss Dawn and Think Real Estate are definitely different in their approach to real estate sales. They really do put the client first. Miss Dawn sold our existing home as well as helping us with the purchase of our new home. It was seamless. We are still smiling. We wouldn’t use any other real estate company. No one could be more surprised than I that I am giving a real estate company a 5 star review, but this rating is WELL deserved. I closed on my first home today with the help and perseverance of Scott Wang! Scott has helped me look for a home for myself and three babies for over a year now! Showing after showing until we finally found the one! I can’t express how thankful I am for him! He went above and beyond and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else there with me at closing today! He even arranged for my lawn to be cut the day after closing because he knew that coming from an apartment I did not have a lawnmower yet, how thoughtful!!
