Best Buy

Needing a new TV. Went to Best Buy in Panama City. Had GE for an assistant and couldn’t have had a better associate helping me today. Very knowledgeable,and a very nice personality that I enjoyed dealing with. He didn’t try to push anything and answered all questions I had on the products I was interested in. Had a good selection of merchandise in the price range I was looking for plus others that I became interested in after learning about them. Go there & see GE if you’re looking for a TV. I will be back to buy one soon

Dylan installed a car stereo and back up camera into my wife's car. He did a fantastic job. Young man done a excellent job of explaining and showing her all the features and made sure it was all working properly.

Had literally the best experience. Patrick, the associate, clocked us from the moment we walked in and helped us out big time. It was my and my partner’s first time purchasing a major appliance and he helped so much to help us make an actually informed purchase without just pushing us to get the most expensive thing. He worked really hard to get us the best deal on a washer and dryer that not only worked with our budget but our needs as well. We will definitely turn to best buy if we need ANYTHING in the future, and Patrick will always be our go to if we need help.

I went in looking for a specific type of monitor and quickly found out they were sold out. Dylan one of the reps was a true customer service provider assisting me and going the extra mile to ensure i was able to obtain the product i was looking for.
He went and reached out to a different store and placed the order online so i was able to pick up my monitor at a different store. this representative was polite, had initiative and a great sense of professionalism. Thank you.

What can be said about Best buy? They have fantastic selection. Great service. Affordable pricing. I just wish that they were open a little bit earlier in the morning and a little bit later in the evening time, but outside of that it's the best electronic store that anybody possibly can find

Eric, Robert, Thomas are awesome 👌. They helped me buy my new Samsung Galaxy Book 3 laptop. And get a $500 refund when the price dropped. So instead of paying $1600.00 my price was $1099.00, who does that? I know who, Best buy!!!

I was with my sister today and she bought a TV and her salesman was the nicest, respectful, knowledgeable, and just a down to earth great guy. His name is Tom and is a retired fire fighter. He is one of the nicest sales person I have ever encountered. Made the time at Best Buy. Very pleasant. Thank you Tom, my sister, Tonya, and I will definitely buy your products again

I went to this Best Buy today and I spoke to James Reed in the Geek Squad Department and he helped me resolve a problem with my phone. I wanted to thank him and Best Buy for having such a great employee I hope they consider you as an asset to their company. You did an excellent job and I will definitely be back.

I went to the store on Black Friday to return an item. I know crazy right but I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were amazing and fast and very nice employees.

The young man I delt with was surprisingly knowledgeable about the gopro and very friendly

Such a nice young man helped us there as we chose a new computer after the Geek Squad examined our old one & pronounced it dead at 12 yrs of age. An all around great experience!

The staff and managers at this specific best buy will make it right and some. If your order comes in broken as mine did they will replace it and when they was unable to replace it I was upgraded at no additional charge.

Best prices on a washer and dryer set. The delivery guys were helpful and professional.

Great customer service! I was carrying in a large item for return and James met me in the parking lot, took the box and carried it in for me. Way to go James! That box was heavy.

They have always been very helpful with everything I have ever bought here. Over the past couple of years I purchased a washer/dryer set, a stove, lap top and several accessories such as TV brackets, modems, etc. Competitive prices and helpful staff.

I've been shopping @ Best Buy since the late 80's , and they are the best place to get your electronics!

I honestly don't like going to best buy in general, because I feel less intelligent because all of the employees or so technically knowledgeable and I don't understand half the words they say. I needed to find a dual monitor stand for my work equipment and I spoke with a wonderful woman named Abigail (Abby), and she was so intelligent but was speaking to me in a way to understand things like computer storage and processing speed. I was ecstatic to say the least. I was able to purchase my dual monitor stand and get it shipped to my home address instead of coming back to town to pick it up in store. I'm thinking I might need to re-think my choice about going in store for purchases,they are a great staff.

The associate that helped me was great, wish I knew his name. They have quite a selection of microwaves here!
