Delta Hotels by Marriott Chesapeake Norfolk

My stay here was absolutely amazing. The room was perfect, the staff was perfect especially Kelcey. Kelcey's hospitality, professionalism and customer service is second to none. Kelcey is a great representation of what Marriott Bonvoy offers and stands for. And if my stay couldn't get any better Brittney made sure my entire checkout process was seamless, effortless and convenient. This is by far one of the best Marriott properties that I've stayed at thus far and will be staying here ONLY when visiting the Chesapeake VA area!

My server Hannah that works in “Luminous” restaurant & bar was very friendly and makes a great drink. Lovey at the Front Desk was very accommodating and addressed a couple room requests. The ladies at the coffee stand were awesome! The rooms could use TV and bed upgrades but overall, I was very happy with my stay at the Delta Hotel.

I’ve been staying here for a week now and everything has been wonderful. Lovely at the front desk was a lot of help and very prompt on all my questions and concerns. The restaurant serves excellent food. The service from the bar tender Hannah was amazing she has a great personality and makes a good drink. I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hot water in the room was extremely hot, which I mentioned to the hotel. Nice restaurant and bar, although I didn't go there.

I had a great stay. Unit was clean and easy to access. My check in time was honored as well as my request for a late checkout that I later didn’t need. I really appreciate the festive cheer in the lobby. I had a great stay and loved the staff.

Wonderful hotel if doing business in Chesapeake. It is conveniently located near Chesapeake Conference Center and not far from the Chesapeake Greenbrier Mall. Indoor pool and gym with security access only. There are plenty of small medium large spaces for meeting and / or get together. Luminous restaurant and bar located inside hotel. Great drinks and food. Buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. Mixed drinks are GREAT.
Room's price points are reasonable for the area. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable.

Great place.. very professional staff.. big shoot out to one of your restaurant staff members, Hannah. She provided excellent service and she was very friendly. She even gave us great suggestions as to some places to visit while I was in town.Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

The rooms are so big and so clean! It's a very nice hotel, easy to get to. We have stayed here 2x now.

This hotel goes above and beyond expectations for their guests. Exceptionally impressed by the staff at every level. The warmth and care shown by Lovey is exceptional and sets the bar in the industry.

Love this location!!! I have stayed at the Delta a multiple of times since February 2023 and mostly in October. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are top notch professionals, kind and considerate. Ms Lovely is THE FREAKIN BEST! She makes the checkIn process smooth and even fun. Patrick is The Bomb Bartender with great conversation. These folks actually remember names and faces. Love it Here!!!

Nice place..they should advertise the bar and restaurant more. We didn't know the name or the hours...or menu options. We would have dined there more often during our stay.

I had a friend staying at this hotel! We joined her for dinner and were in awe over the extraordinary service we received from Rae. It seemed like she was serving many tables at once, but she still managed to check on us, ask how our food was, keep our drinks full, all while looking happy to do it! She kept a friendly and professional demeanor, and never acted like we were inconveniencing her when we made requests unlike some of the staff at other hotels I’ve been to throughout the country. Honestly, if all of the staff at this hotel provides the same level of service I received from Rae, I might just have to book a room myself! Thank you Rae!!

Perfect stay! Clean hotel. I slept very well. Super quiet, and customer service was exceptional.

Slightly dated property but accommodating, comfortable and clean with lovely gym and indoor heated pool open year round.

Frequent business traveler gold elite membership. Some Delta’s are just ok. About the 5th time staying here and can honestly say it is one of the nicer hotels I stay at. On site bar/restaurant. Starbucks too. Rooms are nice, clean, wifi very good. Staff is always friendly. This is an event hotel, so parking is typically full. A very good balance between chic and business friendly hotel.

Staying here for an unfortunate family emergency. Came down for dinner and the entire place was packed. The server,rae, was doing a wonderful job balancing everything and checking on food as well as me and the guests around me. She recommended the delta delux because of the portion size and it was delicious. Came downstairs for breakfast this morning to see rae once again handling it all. The front desk accociates for nighttime helped me check in and go to bed with ease.Normally i stay with the marriot and people like these are the reasons why. Thank you delta for making my sad stay comfortable.

Hotel was perfect. Easy check-in process. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean & modern. Bed was extremely comfortable! My only recommendation would be to update the restaurant’s menu. We used the QR code on the hotel tv, and unfortunately the menu was outdated. Thus the main items we wanted weren’t available. None the less, we were still able to order food and it was delicious! I highly recommend & I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.
