Absolutely a great stay. Nice clean rooms, pool and gym. A/C is phenomenal. I will stay here again.

LOVED it. The housekeeping staff in particular was amazing. Loved the breakfast options, and the front desk staff were super thoughtful and accommodated me in a lower floor room, plus near an exit for my mom to be able to access! Thank you for such an awesome experience. We will be returning!

I stayed here for 2 weeks for training for the military and this hotel has the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever been to! From the folks at the reception desk, to the breakfast cooks, to the housekeepers, everyone always greeted me with a smile, and they truly make you feel at home by greeting you every time you walk in the door. The breakfast in the morning is great, and the choices are rotated so it’s not the same thing everyday, although I do wish they had non-pork meat choices more often. There are usually some type of eggs, a meat choice, potatoes or biscuits and gravy or French toast sticks, as well as the typical bagels and muffins, cold cereal, make your own waffles, etc. The cookies and milk in the evening is a nice treat too!
The pool is outdoors and opens in May. They are currently adding a laundry area which is neat and there is a fitness center also.
The room was extremely clean and I love that housekeeping only comes when you request them so I didn’t have to worry about putting the do not disturb sign on my door.
I will definitely stay here again!

Honestly the hotel was to be expected in this price range. But what would make me come back is the lady at the front desk "Myah" her customer service was above and beyond.

My fiancé and I recently stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the Chartway Arena in Norfolk. I found a better rate here than at a Hampton Inn in Norfolk and we would already be past the tunnel where as the last time we went to Chartway we commuted from Williamsburg so this time we wanted to be closer.
The hotel is beautiful and we had a very nice and clean room. Our room included breakfast the next morning (another reason we stayed here) and we both agreed this is the best hotel breakfast we've had (we've stayed two other places this year). I was excited to see that they had a waffle maker because the other places we've stayed didn't and when I think of a hotel breakfast I think of making your own waffles which I did!
Not only did they have a waffle maker but they had two of them (one large one small) and they did not have your typical waffle batter for them. They had two different flavors. One with vanilla and one with strawberry. I even saw a staff member help an older lady make her waffles!

That morning they had French Toast Sticks as an option which I really enjoyed. The only negative I have regarding breakfast is the French Toast Sticks didn't seem to be kept warm. Also, breakfast is from 6am - 10am where as the last place we stayed it was only three hours. We went early and it was quite a few people there but it was quiet as compared to when we checked out at 10 and breakfast was crowded and loud!

The only dealing I had with staff were asking about breakfast and checking out and both times they were nice.

The only thing I think I didn't like about the hotel falls on me: it's 30 minutes from Chartway Arena. I thought it was 20 but apparently I was "starting" from another Hampton Inn in the area. We were late getting to the area because of traffic so I was slightly disappointed that I had to drive half an hour when I was expecting shorter.

Besides having a good breakfast the other pros about this hotel are:
-Only four floors and the elevators are pretty quick at getting to your floor and they are also a smooth stopping (I've been on one somewhere that almost seemed like it was slamming on the breaks to stop
-There's a Wawa across the street in case you need a late night snack
-There's a laundry room on site. I didn't see it listed on the website but there is one inside the Fitness Center. They also have the newest washer and dryer I've seen of any hotel/motel plus they accept a debit or credit card. I think there's also laundry products available to purchase. We only used the dryer and it had a timer on the machine saying how long it would take. It was a little more expensive than the laundromat my fiancé uses back home but at least everything got dry the first time.
-This is a Hilton hotel so you can sign up for Hilton Honors program or whatever their rewards program is called and use the Hilton Honors app to check in and to get a digital key to unlock your door (it's like tap to pay except for a door) if you don't want to get a key card.

We stayed one night but enjoyed it and if we were back in the area we would stay here again!

Air conditioner wasn't working in the first room but they came promptly to check out the problem and put us in another room right away good breakfast and good staff they were very thorough and attentive.

We arrived at this location around 2:30 AM. It was me, my wife, and our two daughters. The clerk at the front Dess was as friendly as if it was 12 in the afternoon. She went out of her way to find a room for us, and it was just a good experience from there forward. This includes the complementary breakfast, as well as the exemplary service.

Its been a long time since I’ve been able to give a hotel a 5 star rating. In fact you have to get a lot right for that to happen. Checkin was quick, easy, and professional. Facilities were clean, up to date, and smelled clean both in the room and walking around the building. The room was comfortable and in great condition. I was surprised that the AC ran well, with out any issues and didnt have any weird smells. Bathroom was immaculate with hardly any flaws. Overall I had a great, convenient stay and would definitely stay here again. My appreciation goes out to the staff and management that run this place. Good job!

Recently stayed here for two weeks. During my time here they installed new larger TVs in all the rooms. Staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. After talking to one he made it clear that he worked for the customers, without us they would not be there, he would try to fix any problems. Great location, close to everything and easy access to the highway. I got in quite late and completely checked in on my phone and used my phone as a key via the Hilton app the whole time.

The best hotel we have stayed in the area. Pet friendly up to 100 lbs a plus. As our dog is barely 2 ft tall she is 75 lbs.

The check in staff super friendly. Beds comfortable. Towels are soft. Hot water is perfect. Coffee maker in the room is a plus.

The hot breakfast was perfect.

Very friendly staff, the older gentleman who is the breakfast attendant is awesome and interacting with him made the stay very pleasant.
The housekeepers are great also. We were in town for a cheer competition. Walked up to our room with our luggage and 3 kids in tow, my wife had trouble getting the car reader on the door to work and one of the house keepers stopped what she was doing in another room to cover and help. Awesome service.
Room was clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom was nice. Plenty of parking space.

Overall enjoyable experience

Competitively priced relative to hotels at Virginia Beach. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, breakfast options were good. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping but beware t is very busy location.

Went to visit our son at Oceana and enjoy the coast. We had a great stay here. Rooms were clean, well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with a change in our plans due to the “virus.” Can’t beat the price we got and the location was great. Also, one of the best free breakfasts I have had.
