I was not able to get into my primary care physician for my yearly checkup. I didn't like the feeling of that, but had to schedule with the physicians assistant. It turns out, I had a great experience, and felt like she was excellent. There is a lot of doubling up with the new shift to technology, but grateful they get great people in the supporting roles.

Dr Ed Dent is a great physician. He takes the time to understand your health. I’ve seen him for 4 years now and he has always been able to make time for our family. Knowledgeable and caring, I highly recommend him for your healthcare needs.

Dr Engle is amazing and has always taken great care of my 2 boys. We never wait more than a few minutes before we are called back for appointments. Staff is attentive and professional.

Very happy with the care I have received from several doctors and the care my daughter gets from Dr. Engle. Several issues have been easily diagnosed/treated quickly by these doctors and I never have trouble getting an appointment.

Very fortunate to have this comprehensive medical practice and its superbly qualified group of specialists in our region of Colorado. A special shout out to Dr. Ed Dent who has helped me navigate the complex challenges of my personal medical situation.

As many people have pointed out, CMM and Vail health as a whole have a lot of issues. They are not well run from an organizational standpoint. As others have pointed out, in particular communication is an issue. They literally NEVER answer their phone. But the doctors are good. In particular Dr Leve the pediatrician is EXCELLENT! I really really love the care that she gives my infant son.

For general family practice stuff, I would definitely recommend Valley View's Eagle Valley Family Practice across the hall over CMM. They are a much better run organization overall. But, they do not have any pediatricians.

For me, it is worth dealing with the poor organization in order to see Dr Leve. But if you aren't looking for a pediatrician for your kid, you're better off at Valley View.

$257 dollars to see my son for about 15 minutes for a cough. After making appointment - they were running 30 minutes late. Doctor was good - just cant stand healthcare hidden billing these days.

Doctors are good, but the staff seems quite disorganized.

These people will literally kill you. They nearly killed me, should have sued for malpractice. And they nearly killed my dad - he was complaining for a long time about issues and they refused to give him the proper tests. This is by far the worst and scariest healthcare provider (if you can even call it that). They just want your money and are insanely incompetent. These are not professionals in my opinion, they are clowns that come to the mountains to live a lifestyle. They are the bottom of the barrel medical folk. Oh yea, your leadership team is trash because they already know. As long as they’re not getting sued they’re doing the least possible. To the person who will write some stupid response for me to contact them and share more…don’t bother, this org literally has no idea how to communicate, wouldn’t waste any more time.

I find it interesting that there are not more complaints about how poor the communication in particular phone is with this group. I find that all of the Dr's I have engaged have been very helpful and knowledgable, however these folks never answer the phone and try to call during working hours which most can not answer. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to improve pt communication with other means that are more contemporary.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I really like Colorado Mountain Medical and haven’t had any issues with them so far. Unfortunately, at this Eagle location I had a recent traumatic experience. I recommend to not see Dr. Keith Samuels. He will medically gaslight you, making you feel like you’re crazy. Refuses to believe all of your medical history, even though you have legitimate documentation as proof. Diagnosis from your previous and current doctors. Paperwork from the ER of a medical emergency is not believed as well. He will go so far as to have a verbal tiff with you when you are just simply trying to advocate for yourself. He had immediate availability, which is a red flag that I missed. My advice is choose another doctor to possibly get a second or even third opinion. As I’ve stated before, this is nothing against Colorado Mountain Medical. It’s just an unfortunate experience I had with this particular doctor.

Scheduling is incredibly difficult, and I've been using the portal as suggested in the reviews. I request appointments after 3 p.m., and they schedule me for 9:45 a.m. I request appointments for one doctor, and they schedule me with another. And, when I do have an appointment, they cancel it. Incredibly frustrating!

Beem extremely sick.

Called 12.12 to make appt and was told to call next day at 8 am to get a same day appt.

Called at 8 am on 12.13 and was told they would not schedule me because of a 200 dollar outstanding bill. Transferred me to billing. Billing said it was not in the red and tried to transfer me back. Now the same day appts are gone. But the scheduler is willing to make appt for next day.

Why wasnt the person I talked to on 12.12 able to make a next day appt?

Is it even legal to refuse service over such a small bill I have made a payment ?

Such a horrible experience trying to get In to see a doctor when I really need it.

Why is Vail Health worried about a 200 dollar outstanding bill? I have paid all my other bills and had made a payment on this one. Poor service and empathey for people who are desperate to get in.
