NOVUS Glass of Eagle

NOVUS glass made it so convenient for us to replace our windshield! I had breakfast at a local restaurant & by the time I walked back to the shop the work was done! Very accommodating & very personable staff. Love this place!

Novus Glass made my day! Of course I got a large rock chip right before needing to leave town for a family emergency and Novus Glass was able to get me an appointment the next day with their mobile service and get the windshield repaired so I don't have to worry about the crack spreading while I am gone. The technician, Joe, was on time and so professional and nice. I am now a customer for life. Thank you so much for the help.

I had taken delivery of a new Range Rover Sport. unfortunately on the way home with it something hit the windshield and crack it badly.
I reached out to Novus who quickly took the information, sourced the new windshield, worked with the insurance company, then explained what needed to be done, notified me upon the new windshield arrival and set an appointment and the entire job was completed as scheduled.
I highly recommend This business.

Will showed up a bit early, which was great, and proceeded to do an expert installation of my windshield and provided some interesting conversation.

Great staff…friendly and efficient. Repair completed in a timely fashion and the little details which were unexpected …several transponder stickers were carefully removed from the old windshield and put on the new one. Nice touch

Fantastic, professional customer service. Stopped by on a whim after taking a huge rock to my brand-new windshield that Novus had just installed, not thinking for a second they would have time then to help me. They were just as upset as I was about it and got me in and I was out the door in 30 minutes. No reason to ever go anywhere else in my book, customer for life.

Great service and technician. One minor detail is the car door was left ajar and car was not locked when I went out to get into my car several hours later. Thankfully the battery was not dead. Would still highly recommend Novus.

This was my second experience with this company. They are friendly thorough and do great work. They need to develop a system of scheduling appointments. They operate on first come first serve which does not work for anyone who doesn’t have a second car to use while the one needing repair must stay at the shop in a cue. You can make an appointment but it is not honored if someone comes in ten minutes before you to drop off their car. Plus the biggest insult is that they send you text reminders of your appointment time and when you walk in the door they say oh we really don’t have appointments. Fix this please!
