This is the place to be! I can’t believe that I have not reviewed you guys! My daily go to. My coffee date haven. With my wife, with my daughter, with my adult kids and by myself. I’m never disappointed and today oh boy I am excited to share this one!! I got to have my bacon breakfast sandwich on fresh from the oven sourdough. AmAaaaaZing!! One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have indulged itself with. Happy NEW year to me baby!! Come on by. You’ll love the vibe and the food and the coffee.

Cute place. They don’t have alot of crazy lattes but what they have they seem to make very well! We had the vanilla latte and an Ethiopian drip coffee - all in a real mug which makes all the difference!

Great coffee, tried an espresso and their yellow latte. Both great drinks. The avocado toast was great, not a fan of the Mexican chocolate chip cookie. Threw it out. Will go back again for coffee. Great vibe in shop.

Stopped through while in town with my wife and daughter she got a London fog and loved it. My thoughts- great coffee! I am picky, but not in a nutty way, cool modern vibe, really friendly staff. We’ll be back for sure when in town! Also the ham and cheese croissant was delicious light and flaky and buttery with a good amount of ham and cheese. Many places have too heavy dense croissants. This one was perfect!

Color coffee is a part of the fabric of the Eagle community. Amazing variety of coffee beans, freshly roasted and always new single origins to try out. We love dropping in to read the newspaper with a cortado, treat our kids to a delicious pastry or have a happy hour drink.

Great coffe and a true coffee shop vibe! Ricky was very helpful and made a mean cappuccino. We’ll definitely be back!

All I really have to gauge my love of Color Coffee Roasters is my experience with ordering from them online - but it was GREAT! I ordered the Eclipse roast, and it was FANTASTIC. Nice and dark without being acidic at all... really nice. I live in Downtown Denver and Color Coffee is about two hours away from me, but I like to support CO roasters, so I thought I'd give them a shot and I'm so glad I did. I will absolutely order again. I thought the little handwritten postcard was a really nice touch - no other roaster I've ordered online from in CO has done that. How cool :) Thanks for a great bag of beans and a super fast ordering experience! You guys are awesome!

High end espresso drinks. If you are looking for a coffee shop that has passionate baristas with skill, look no further- color roasters is your place.

Love the ambiance, open and clean. The coffee is beautiful and delicious. Grilled sandwiches are delicious too. Awesome spot with beer on tap!

Excellent selection of baked goods, lunch, and breakfast items. Good sized menu with a variety of delicious craft coffee. Great options for indoor and outdoor seating.

Stopped by for some lattes and hot cocoa with some friends. My latte was delicious. Not too sweet. A little expensive, but around the same price as other popular coffee shops. Customer service was friendly. Cute little shop!

Great coffee - love their harmony blend and I'm a regular subscriber. I got a chance to visit the cafe recently, and absolutely loved everything about it. The baristas are friendly and talented, the coffees and food choices are great, baked foods are delicious, and the whole ambience is just stellar!

Great coffee and amazing bread, the best coffee stop in the valley. You won't find anything near as good or friendly in the bigger towns. A stop here is worth your while!

Loved this little coffee shop. We found it for lunch on our first day of a yoga retreat in Eagle and went back every day after. The sandwiches and salads were so good as well as the coffee. A high recommend!

We attended the wine tasting hosted during the mushroom festival and it was delightful! The host and owner of the shop was very knowledgeable and friendly and the tasting was so unique and fun! Not your typical coffee shop and super worth checking out, especially for the wine

Really kind people, excellent coffee....fresh sandwiches might take awhile...but they are worth the wait. We ordered the blt-fantastic, an a vegan sandwich...I think it was The Quake....exceptional. also sampled their gluten free bakery items- a delight for the senses.
