This bike shop is the best one I have ever been. First at all, it feels like home whenever I go. They really make you feel welcomed and one of the team. Charlie will always bring you a beer if it’s the end of the day and Marshall will take care of your bike like it’s his own. They have a good atmosphere and prices are good! Whatever your bike needs, they will fix it and go above and beyond. You can really see by talking to them and other people how they take care of the community by encouraging people to ride bikes (they have Wednesday bike rides everybody can join) and by doing trail work. It’s fun to be with this crew!

Once again, these guys delivered! Brought my son’s tire in, they fixed it and sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Pro team!

Great bike shop. Charlie and Marshall know their stuff and I find them to be extremely helpful when it comes to repairs and local trail knowledge. When I decide to upgrade my bike I will come here. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

We just moved to Eagle from the east coast, needed to find a bike shop, and both Charlie and Marshal were great. Charlie helped me with info on the Ibis Ripmo and Ripley. Due to COVID, there aren’t new demos but Charlie let me ride his personal Ripley and his son’s personal Ripmo. Marshal serviced both our current bikes, a Trek and Santa Cruz. I can’t say enough about how good the bikes came out! Marshal found and fixed some issues with my bike that several others have looked at and couldn’t figure out previously (a problem with the Trek headset knock block and awful frame creak). Marshal also went over both bikes in detail when we picked up and thoroughly reviewed everything they did. Great service, fair price, these guys rock!

Marshall saved my vacation! Even though I showed up without an appointment on a busy summer Saturday morning, Marshall and the rest of the crew was able to diagnose -- and fix! -- a particularly tricky problem (hub, not derailleur) that wasn't at all what it first appeared to be. I was back on the road in about half an hour. No big-city or resort attitude; just great, prompt, reasonably-priced knowledge and service.

What an awesome treatment at Mountain Pedaler today. They were technically closed, but helped me anyway! Gave me a bunch of info about riding and camping in the area. That's what a bike shop should be - a magnet for all things cycling, not just bikes, parts and service. But I have to say, I'm impressed that they were taking care of that late too. Highly recommended.

Marshall, Charlie, and the rest of the crew go above and beyond to meet the needs of every customer, every single time. Some of the most knowledgeable, friendly guys you'll meet anywhere. Much more than just a place to buy parts and rent bikes, these guys can give you the lowdown on the best trails to ride anywhere within a 200 mile radius. Seriously, not exaggerating. Ask Marshall to rattle off trail names out in Moab off the top of his head. He gave us a list. He can even tell you which direction to run them! Wish I could them 10 stars out of 5.

Always there to help with whatever bike question or need you have. They are fast, professional and know what they are doing.

I hesitate to share my experience because it might encourage others to abuse their goodwill as i did. I needed a wheel fixed right away before an event. They understood my situation and went above and beyond to get me back riding asap.

Coming to Colorado from Minnesota with a mt bike issue. The guys at the shop diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. Would highly recommend this bike shop, friendly, professional and great service.. Cheers

Charlie Brown and his staff were awesome! Honest, fair prices and high quality bikes. They recommended the Kona HeiHei which was the perfect ride for the local trails, great bike! Stop in and bring Charlie a pilsner.
