McCoy Park

McCoy park is so much fun to ski! It is like a back bowl, but much easier. However, you can still go as fast as you want. There’s a ton of of tree areas to ski thru, and you can really spend the whole day in this special place

Skied in McCoy Park on Thursday, 01/20/2022. Gorgeous day! Great groomed runs and loved the brand new small warming hut/snack stop @ McCoy Park next to bathrooms (compost style).

One of the best places in Colorado to go snowshoe. Amazing views and miles and miles of hiking available. Do no pass up an opportunity to snowshoe in this place.

My partner and I went to McCoy Park yst Feb. 4th for the first time to check it out! We were amazed by the beautiful terrain and how great the runs were. As a low level intermediate skier the runs were challenging and so fun to ski. We stayed the whole day and had a blast. It is a wonderful place for kids, families and someone wanting something more than your average green run. We will definitely be returning!!! The only down side was they don't provide any water and there was no one in the warming hut to sell anything to drink from the cooler. Otherwise, the day was fabulous so if you love to ski, check it out;))

32-plus kilometers of groomed trails for Cross Country skiing and Snowshoeing. The Beaver Creek Nordic Centre at the bottom of strawberry park lift can set you up with rentals and a lift ticket (it's around $40 for the lift ticket if you don't havea seasons pass). From McCoy Park, you can see views of 3 mountain ranges. Check out the overlook and the yurt/ picnic benches for lunch or a nice break.

This is an incredible place to spend quality time with your family. This one-star review is for one purpose only: sort out the restrooms adjacent to Eaton Haus. We've used plenty of composting facilities and other similar types of facilities. The ongoing smell and cleanliness challenges here are unacceptable. There are ways to do these facilities the correct way...call someone who knows what they're doing and get it sorted out. In the meantime, as a tip for guests, plan on taking relief breaks before and after your time at McCoy Park.
