Came into the store in my work clothes, a dirty carhartt jacket and messed up hair. They didn't even blink an eye about my appearance and treated me with the upmost respect. Nick and the other employees (one younger with glasses and an older gentleman) helped me find the suit, I was looking for and got me tailored in the same day. And the wedding I am going to is tomorrow. Highly recommend this place.

I used Ticknors for my wedding and all the guys loved it! They got to purchase a brand new suit that was great quality for the price of what it costs to rent a suit at Men’s Warehouse. My guys were very excited that at least now when they spent all that money on a wedding suit, they got to keep it. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about weddings. Their recommendations for what goes well with the suit (shoes, shirt, ties, etc) were in great taste. I would highly recommend Ticknors to anyone who wanted to provide suits for their guys at their wedding. Our wedding party lives in two states and 3 different cities, and had a good experience with sending in sizes and getting fitted. Our dads got suits too!

Went in for a new navy suit ahead of a big job interview. There were so many quality options and the staff there answered all of my questions. Bobby hooked me up with a suit that fit perfectly and I landed the job! Will be coming back👍

I'm so happy we chose to go with Ticknors for our wedding! After my husband had a poor experience with Men's Warehouse for a wedding he was in during the previous summer, I was less than enthusiastic about having to go with them since I thought there was no other option. I met Scott at a bridal show and was blown away by the prospect of tailored suits for less than renting at Men's Warehouse! They had several colors of suits to choose from, and we went with a nice, classic navy that looked so good on all of the groomsmen! Scott and his team showed their expertise in helping us pick shirt fit/colors and ties as well. Whenever we had questions, I always felt that I could rely on Scott and the team for answers. At the first fitting, some of the suits were too large or too small but they found appropriate replacements for them even before the tailoring process. We had groomsmen from several different states and they were able to call in their measurements and have their suit either mailed to them or mailed to the closest store with no problems! They even came through BIG TIME for us when a groomsmen waited to the last second. I'm so happy we made this choice, and I'm so happy my husband now has such a nice suit for keeps too!

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and great atmosphere in store. When i was looking for a suit for my wedding last year, it was recommended to look at Ticknors. I walked in and was promptly greeted by the staff and was with me helping look, answer questions, and gave some suggestions as well. The experience was superior to myself and I ended up getting two suits from them without issue and they fit and feel great! You will not be disappointed if you go here and they do have other items for sale that I will have to go back and look at as well, for men's clothes.

Scott and his team went above and beyond to make this wedding a success! Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredible customer service! The day before the wedding I needed to pick up my suit. The mall was unexpectedly closed due to a water main break. Scott and his team kept their store open to service customers, answer calls, and deliver suits at the front entrance. Thank you again!

Had to get a suit tailored in a week in prime wedding season, they were unfortunately unable to help me with that aspect but we're kind enough to send me to a location that could. I decided to return after that was settled to finish up my ensemble and got some 7/5 service, price was a tad bit high but the quality is there for it.

I have purchased two suits from Scott and Drew and both times everything has been spot on. It's great to have a place to go that you can leave with an entire three piece custom fit suit and the perfect shirt and tie combos to get so much versatility for different occasions. Their entire staff is great at what they do. Thanks for always taking such great care of us whenever we go into your store. I can't wait to come back in to buy another suit.

As someone who doesn’t like to shop, Ticknors is a different experience. I actually enjoy coming into this store and seeing the same guys who have been taking care of us for years. They treat us like family here and always go out of their way to make us happy. I would like to personally recommend Andrew Turner and Scott Bonnick who know exactly how to style my husband and also keep me happy while I am waiting. These guys are incredible and everyone I have recommended to them leaves happy. Other stores could learn a thing or two from them about how to take care of their clients.

Its not only a men’s store, they have a women’s area of coats which is my go-to place when I need a new look. I absolutely LOVE the coats I have bought here! All around its our FAVORITE place to shop!

Exceptional quality of clothes and the employees,including owner all were very helpful to my boyfriends needs. He isn't a formal wearing person but we did require a few shirts and the help was great.

Andrew Turner is an A+ Tailor, an A+ people person and when it comes to quality, another A+, I've yet to match it.. I believe that I've found the best. I procrastinated for a long while to get an original suit (from Tinknors as well) tailored for a wedding. I met with Andrew 4 days before the wedding to find out that I had completely outgrown my suit. "In a great way!" Andrew added. I has lost 65 pounds. Andrew walked me through the entire process and informed me that he COULD tailor my outgrown suit but it may look over tailored. He also brought up a comforting point that fitting me for a new suit and rewarding myself for how far I've come in my fitness journey was also an option. At no point did Andrew force any services on me. Andrew thoroughly explained what he was able to do and was very supportive of whatever I was going to decide. Needless to say, I took his positive encouragement and purchased another suit. VERY happy with it! The very first suit he grabbed and recommended I absolutely loved. Took him just a few minutes to fit me. I worried that it may not be ready for me to pick up in time for the wedding. He assured me that it was no problem at all and he would get it done. Andrew had it tailored for me and ready to pick up in 2 days. Thank you Andrew, for the stellar suit and excellent customer service, I appreciate it!

These guys are great, and worked with a variety of guys in my wedding from different locations around the country. I've now gotten suits for two weddings from this company, one as a groomsmen and now for my own. Affordable, and you look good (or as good as you're going to look).

We were able to get my fiance a pair of tailored dress pants the same day. The service was friendly and the appearance of the store was clean and organized. Prices are expensive but the quality is worth it.

But what really sets this store apart from others is the sales staff. These guys are pros who know style—and who know what I like. Andrew Turner has been taking care of me for years—I have a closet full of proof—and his recommendations make me confident in what I wear. I always look forward to my next visit.
