Real Pilates Montauk

Real Pilates is consistent whether you're in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Montauk and that's one of my favorite things about the brand. Victoria has created a super special space in Montauk that is such a treat to workout in.

Can't say enough good things about Real Pilates in Montauk!! Really great space - super clean and cute. And Victoria is the best teacher out there! Have struggled with back problems most of my life and working with Victoria has been a life saver. Would definitely recommend to anyone new or familiar with pilates!

Real Pilates Montauk is a great Pilates studio! Victoria is an amazing trainer / coach with so much knowledge and a great way of pushing just enough to get that extra bit out of you!! I learn more about my body and abilities every session with Victoria and have seen a huge change in my core strength and flexibility. Not only have the pesky backaches that sometimes nagged me gone away since starting to work with Victoria but my body is also transforming and feeling better overall!

I can't recommend enough that everyone who sits or stands all day for their job, or anyone that feels "stiff" should be doing this; and doing it with Victora at Real Pilates Montauk!!

Summers in Montauk just got better! Taking my first Pilates Reformer Class with Victoria was absolutely outstanding. A perfect addition to my workout routine. I cannot recommend Victoria enough. Already counting down to my next Pilates class.

I was lucky to find Victoria and Real Pilates Montauk. Both the facility and the instructor are simply wonderful. The studio is bright and airy, plus clean and neat. Victoria is a real professional - calm, knowledgeable and always with a smile - a truly rewarding experience.

Victoria is amazing and it is great to have this beautiful studio managed by someone so knowledgable and approachable! Real Pilates has been a game changer for restoration of core and posture for an ”old” who grinds away at PC most of the day. Progression is just a little bit harder every session so improvement is painlessly incremental so you get stronger without knowing it. Next thing you know your posture improvement leads to standing and sitting inches taller. Just an awesome experience!

I look forward to coming here twice a week every week. The studio is awesome and I can’t say enough good things about my instructor Victoria. She is fabulous and challenges me regularly while helping me work through problematic hips and hamstrings.
