Love this place!!♥ The pool is great, the BEST music ever! The meditation lounge was so amazing. Staff friendly. Rooms clean, could have had a bureau , that would have been helpful. Location was the best! I will definitely be coming back! And the house dog is the cutest!

There are no words to describe how wonderful my stay at this hotel was. This is my second year going to Montauk and staying here. Last year I rented a room and this year one of their apartments. We had a BBQ and cooked marshmallows outside. Not to mention the meditation place they have as well! The place is vintage but perfectly clean, unbeatable prices

Just got home from a 2 night stay at the Tipperary, and the only problem we had, was that we didn't stay longer. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. And the location was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and a beautiful sunset on Gin Beach. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back again, but for longer next time!

This was my first time staying at Kenny’s and coming to Montauk and I am more than satisfied with my experience. Booking through the hotel directly was super easy and was much more affordable than the other hotels in the area. We stayed in a premium queen room which was incredibly clean and offered a wonderful semi-private balcony (shared with one other room but we didn’t seen another soul on their balcony the entire trip!). Even though they were at full capacity, the grounds were quiet and relaxing at pretty much all times and the scenery and strategically-placed fountains were a nice way to slow down and relax anywhere on the property. Everything nearby the harbor is walkable and is much quieter than if you were closer to town. They are pet friendly, and although I didn’t bring my dog this time all I could think was how happy she would be here if I did bring her. There is proper signage and bags/garbages to assist pet owners with cleaning up after their pets. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay for another night!! We will definitely be back!!

Family trip with dog was great. Rooms clean, cleaning staff great, office and management polite and went above and beyond. If you are traveling with a pet which is family to me then this is the only place to go. Walking distance to marinas and food. No in town traffic, and quick walk to sound side beaches

We stayed here in early June 2024. It was just before the summer season, so it wasn't too busy, and the pet fee was only $50 per stay, regardless of how many nights you are there. (It goes up to $125 per stay once the summer season officially starts). It's not beachfront, but it's within 5-20 minutes driving distance to the beaches, the town, and the lighthouse. The room was very clean. The furniture were comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room. Wish there was a microwave when I wanted to make tea late at night, but no worries because 7/11 was about a 10 minute drive away. The restaurant attached to the motel, Kenny's Castaways, offers Italian food and came in clutch because it's literally a few steps away from our room. Here is a picture of our corgi enjoying Bluey during our stay at Kenny's. I would recommend this place to a friend, and would stay here again when we visit Montauk in the future.

Our stay was perfect! The room was spacious, clean, and updated. The hotel was also nearby to tons of restaurants and shops and easy to access by walking. The owner was so welcoming and I would highly recommend to all my friends and family!

Friendly staff. Super cute zen style sitting area next to the pool. Rooms were updated and clean. My family loved it. Doors have passcodes instead of keycards which was great for a family of 4 running around. Also there was a door on the parking lot side and another on the pool side. Very convenient. This was great for us because of was right by marina we were going to. If you plan on fishing out of Westlake or Snug harbor this spot is perfect.

A very cute hotel. Room is large, clean and very nice, decorated with ocean theme. Everything in the room works. Have a Zen garden near pool area. The staff was responsive to all my inquiries, responded to all my emails and addressed my concerns. We had a great experience.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Montauk. We were treated with kindness and the staff was amazing at accommodating all our needs. Kenny’s was a great location and gave us plenty of opportunities to enjoy our weekend to the fullest. We will be back next season!

Plants n outdoor space n pool lovely. Room nice size. Some upgrades done already furniture needs upgrading. Tv needs to go on wall in better location. Bed is ok but room very clean n staff very nice. I would go back

Rooms and property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Good location and good price. We only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience! I was even upgraded from a two queen studio to a two room apartment suite! Very clean and lovely! The pool and zen garden are amazing!

What truly sets Tipperary apart, however, is the incredible staff. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The housekeeping staff, particularly Jeanette, went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Jeanette’s dedication to her work was evident in every detail.

Our stay at Tipperary was a delightful experience, thanks to the exceptional staff and prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montauk. You won't be disappointed!

Everything was perfect. The location, cleanliness and the facilities were great. One problem was our upstairs neighbor walked back and forth all night, keeping me awake.
They hadn't turned on the ice machine yet. But, if they improve this situation, I would recommend this place.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, great pool, and the location is great, so many places to eat right around the place. Everyone was very accommodating and nice, and a great rate for summer in Montauk 👍💯

I have stayed at Kenny's many times. It is well located near the fishing docks and Gosman's retail establishments as well as several restaurants. everything is within walking distance. It is good value for the money and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I have in the past stayed at other places in Montauk, but Kenny's is my favorite.

Nice big rooms, modern and comfortable. I didn't get to try the pool or the restaurant, because unfortunately I was here during the off season, but no problem. A great experience!

The hotel has an exceptional, beautiful layout. The rooms are very clean and the services was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be definitely going back.

Use to go the crows nest before. Till it closed. You guys are much better. Much more modern. Love the room's. Never been in the summer, it must be very busy. Love the quite time's in winter's.
