Widewaters Marina

The park is beautiful!!
A nice place to be on a hot Summer day. It is shaded by beautiful large trees!
It is right on the Erie Canal. You can launch all different types of watercraft.
I really like the new kayak launch that was built here! It was my maiden voyage, so I was nervous about launching, but it went well!
There is also a ice cream/restaurant across the street! Yummy!

It's a nice trail along the canal. There's a section with outdoor fitness and The court is not open because of the government shutdown. Wait for further notice. equipment.

Very beautiful place. Very long Amazing trail with a pull up bar and pushup bar on the trail, fishing, food. Beautiful water. It’s a really nice place to sit relax look at the water breath and heal if your going through anything.

Very nice my nephew played in the sand at their little beach, and we ate lunch there. They had a car show also, I believe it's every Thursday.

Great food and great prices. Friendly workers with great customer service. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner.

They were so nice, letting me set up a tent and use the facilities since I am biking across the country.

Was so peaceful at night on my kayak. Watch out for the wading water foul

Beautiful area of Lockport! Enjoy some food, vending and boating on Sundays! Tuesday night stop by for music! Enjoy a walk down the Erie Canal! Fun for all ages in this little area!

It's was a pleasure to attend today musical experience. Great food had a Patty melt and shoestring fries it was delicious . Can't wait to go to the car shows as well . Great ppl 🙂 to visit with. Highly recommend!!!

Nice kayak launch just to the East of the marina

We ate dinner at Widewaters tonight. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious! Great fries and hamburgers - the old fashioned kind how hamburgers use to taste! Yummy 😋.
While there we also attended the Thursday Evening concert in the grove featuring the "Flying Blind" blues band. The grounds at Widewaters Marina are well kept up and very clean. The friendly young people who work at the restaurant did a fantastic job of picking up trays and keeping everything looking great. The trash cans were emptied regularly. We were most impressed with this Lockport treasure! ❤

Sat around getting lost in a magazine and felt comfortable and at leisure. When I got up I noticed people whom I havent even noticed coming around lost in myself. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of info pamphlets. Sand was warm and soft. Space was plentiful. Fish were gone 😥 but maybe someday ill catch one here!

Good food, live bands, a playground, and ice cream, too. There is an indoor eating area, and a large yard with lots of picnic tables.

The Buffalo to Rochester stretch of the Erie Canal bike trail is notoriously difficult to find places to stay. When we stopped at the marina, we asked if we could stay the night. Not only did they allow us to pitch a tent and use the showers, but also gave us advice on the best tent sites to avoid some very nasty, very angry Canadian Goose haunts. Highly recommend stopping by for any cyclist doing the canal unsure of where to stay in the Buffalo to Rochester stretch.

Great little place; actually there for a running race but the grounds were amazing and you couldn't ask for a more beautiful place. The bathroom was clean and had running water, which for a runner is a big plus.

We had a nice walk with the ladies from church. I'd forgotten how nice it is to walk along the canal. Just had to watch for goose poop. The ice cream is still good too.

Nice place on the erie canal. Picnic tables, kayak/ canoe rental and boat dock. No playground but there is a spot with sand for the kids to play. Widewaters hotdog across the street - overpriced food with small cheap hotdogs....bring your own food you'll be more satisfied.
