The cashier/server was exceptional. The atmosphere would have been better except for loud people next to us - extremely loud. Management should control this.

This places interior was a little dirty but honestly with all the snow and ice melt of today that's to be expected. This was by far some of the best McDonald's I've had tbh my order was fine and everything was fresher than the usual imo. Slightly longer wait time but that's not a big deal to me this was worth it and usually this spot always has freshness.

This is another great example of how a burger place should run. Never been let down here, employees are fast and efficient, turning out fantastic food.

The staff at the restaurant is exceptionally friendly and dedicated to rectifying any mistakes. During our visit, we ordered four quarter pounders with cheese, but unfortunately, all of them were undercooked. Despite this setback, I decided to consume the two I had, although they were noticeably moist from being frozen or refrigerated. To our dismay, the last one was completely pink, prompting us to express our dissatisfaction to the staff. They promptly addressed our concerns by providing us with four replacement burgers and, as a gesture of goodwill, complimentary fries and two free meals for our next visit. This level of customer service greatly impressed us, and we look forward to enjoying another satisfying experience at their establishment.

This is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. The restaurant seems well run. I think they just acquired a new ownership and it shows. The floors and tables are all cleaned regularly it seems, the kitchen seems upbeat and they have a good flow of food coming out quickly. Ingredients are fresh, food is piping hot. Burgers are juicy, perfect ratio of ingredients to sauces. I'm thoroughly impressed as someone who rarely eats fast food. Definitely come here if you're craving a good, cheap meal. I wish other Buffalo McDonald's were this nice!

This is my favorite fast food place. They recently remodeled so the restaurant feels more modern, but the good service and food have stayed consistent regardless. During the remodel they even had to have staff stand outside to relay food and payment between cars and the windows. That's really above and beyond!

I only eat plain cheeseburgers, so my main standard for judging the quality of a fast food place is whether I actually receive a plain burger when I order it. This place has gotten it right just about every time. That, combined with quick service and kind workers, makes me a happy camper.

The people were friendly and the manager was really nice. She took my order in the drive through and was enthusiastic, positive, and helpful. I will be coming back again for the great service. Thanks.

We stopped here to grab a quick bite after our fun date. We had filet fish combos and the fries were fresh and the sandwiches were hot and fresh as well. To be honest u rarely get that at McDonald's...OH GUESS WHAT ELSE WAS MIND BLOWING??? WE WERE ABLE TO ORDER A STRAWBERRY SHAKE AND A OREO MCFLURRY WITH CARAMEL.......AND WE ACTUALLY ENJOYED THEM!! THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS NOT DOWN...WOW OUT OF ALL THE MCDONALD'S IN THE WORLD WE FOUND A WORKING MACHINE!!! 💃🏾💃🏾👆🏾

We didn't know this location closed at midnight, it was 11:58pm and we were ordering our food the woman who took our order was very patient and nice and still proceeded to take our order and make our food.. so big thank you for that! a lot of places would of just said they were closed. Thank you for your professionalism and being so patient and kind when I know you guys must of wanted to go home!

Shorthanded but the service is still excellent. Given the garbage way that these companies treat and pay their employees, it's always nice to come to this location and have such good service and interaction despite that.

This McDonald's is consistently very good. I've eaten here at various times of the day and always received hot products. I'm very particular about my fries, I've never had to send them back here, always hot and crispy!

Nice and clean dinning room with comfortable tables and booths. Makes you feel Life you are eating at home. Very friendly staff.

They missed my McFlurry in the order. Shut the window and said all set. I opened bag and found no mcflurry in it. I stopped car immediately and then I think he realized it, opened the window and said will send it outside... Terrible service.

Just went for ice cream. Took way too long!!!

I got a 40 piece chicken nuggets and fries to share with the family and everything was fresh fries and nuggets we're hot also got a few soft drinks mixed up excellent two thumbs up today hope they can keep it up

I work here now, don't really eat here cause it's McDonald's but the inside is a nice place to relax.

This is the best McDonald's around. Always has fresh food and great service. It has the best dine in area as well
