Easily best place for attain new friends. Tanks are always clean and they take really good care of all their fishes. They will problem solve with you when you run into trouble. But as always do your research and preparation before you take on responsibilities. Amazing varieties both fresh and seawater. Never had issues with infection/parasites or contamination unlike some of the other places I have been. Great place to take the kids to explore

I absolutely love this place!! I go there for most of my fresh and saltwater fish and supplies. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and everything that I bring home from there is healthy and disease pest free.

Easily the best fish store in WNY. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, with a huge inventory of really healthy and great fish. Their plants are awesome too! Over the years I have had many different tank set ups and this is the only place I will go for all of my needs for the hobby. Never have as a bad experience, and always grateful to have it in our community.

Good customer service, fun to just be inside the store observing. In the photos you will see the purchases I've made from this store and my resulting setup. Tetra tank is about 5 years old. Guppy tank about 3 weeks old.

My favorite fish store ever! So great that I’m typically there every weekend! Huge selection of healthy fish, plants, aquariums, stands, foods and everything else you need to feed your aquatic addiction or just to get started. Very good prices too!

You will not find a better fish store in WNY. Not even close. They have a wonderful variety with new fish and plants at least weekly if not daily. If you need a tank come here first. Food, supplies, everything. With that said this place seriously rocks and the staff sure know their stuff. They give you undivided attention when it's your turn. Do not mistake rudeness from focused attention to the customer being served. This place is wonderful to hang out for a hour searching for that new fish or plant. Oh and bring the kids! Great place for a Saturday afternoon adventure. And when you turn kids on to aquariums it can become a lifetime hobby, I'm 65 and hobbies in retirement are important.

The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Staff has moved up to become owners there is always a familiar face when you go to visit. The fish are gorgeous and well maintained and sold for a fair price for their species. The place is maintained extremely well and it's a comfortable environment when you walk through the door. No one tries to pressure you into purchases that you may not be able to afford or want.

The fish place was a great experience they have everything you need when it comes to your fish tank or pond. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

This is a great place. We have had a really awful time integrating new fish into a community with the most alpha African Cichlid that may be part shark lol. We were helped by such a knowledgeable young man (we didn’t get his name) that gave great insights on which fishes would suit Bluey (alpha) and proper care with our situation. The setup is amazing in store, with healthy well taken care of fish. All of our new tank mates and thriving which speaks volumes to how they are treated! Will be back.

One of the best pet fish stores ever! Wide variety of both tropical and saltwater fish, plants, and invertebrates. Knowledgeable staff, animals are well taken care of.

Always a pleasure. Bought our tank from there and they were very helpful. Have always bought fish from them since. Also, at one point a few months ago our tank started to seep a little water, I called and they set up a replacement for free and took care of the warranty stuff for us. Amazing business. Always busy as well because they are the goat!

Jake and his crew are awesome!!! Everybody is so friendly and helpful. I love going to this fish shop because they always have something different to see and buy!! :)

10/10 5/5 100/100. Can’t say enough good things about this location. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
I see random reviews stating random acts of disrespect etc. I have never encountered that ever in my 20 years of patronage.
I can imagine that during the busiest hours, some people aren’t getting the 1on1 time for personal questions as you are usually able to receive when there at a slower time.
With that said I can’t recommend this business enough for all your aquarium needs.

Healthy fish, great selection, hardgoods and supplies excellent; staff - quirky. You better wait at the counter for any personal service, that’s an order!

We love the fish store, my family has been visiting since I was a young child and we continued to go every year. To get fish, food, tank decorations, and/or water plants. Even if you aren't in the market for new fish, it is still so fun to go and look at all the different fish and aquatic life. Of course patronizing it encouraged too.

My husband has been a patron here far longer than I have, but we both enjoy making the hour drive to come here for the freshwater fish. The owner is quite knowledgeable and full of tips and advice, which I personally appreciate. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable as well. We certainly will be returning customers.

One of the best aquarium stores I've ever been to and definitely the best in the area. Doesn't look like much from outside but don't judge a book by its cover. Inside they have one of the biggest freshwater selections I've ever seen.

These folks are awesome. I have yet to ask a question or hear one asked they didn't have a honest experienced answer for. Their prices are lower then anywhere else that I have seen. If you need it they have it. Love this place!
