Ocean Colony Beach and Tennis Club

I've stayed here for two years in a row now and hopefully for many more to come! The location is fantastic, the private beach access is wonderful. It's quiet, family-oriented and the room balconies are such a nice perk. Right down the road from a seafood shack and Goldberg's bagels, and a quick drive to the center of Montauk or popular restaurants/bars. This year, our stay was affected by Hurricane Henri. We had to leave early for safety reasons; Ocean Colony originally wanted to credit us for a future stay, but after speaking with management they were able to give us a full refund for the night. Their excellent customer service is duly noted and I highly recommend choosing here for your Hamptons visit! Thank you Ocean Colony!

Booked this hotel through Airbnb and it had mixed reviews. But I am VERY glad we didn't listen to them. We had an amazing 3 night 4 day stay. We saw humpback Whales in the ocean from their beach. It was quiet and a cute place

I stayed at cottage 111 with my family. The setting and views were spectacular, we couldn't be any closer to the beach!
The cottage had a very beachy vibe, extremely clean, warm and comfortable for my family.
Carl, Celia and all the staff, especially the guys at the beach who helped us with towels and chairs every day, were FANTASTIC! Will definitely head back next season!

We have been coming to Ocean Colony for many years and it's only gotten better! Everything is updated, the staff is very accommodating, it's clean and the staff is hard- working and friendly. After a small glitch, the management went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing resort! Every room is like an apartment, you have everything you need: comfortable bedroom, a lot of closet space, full kitchen, couch, TV. Plus, the pool is great and you are from a short walk distance from the beach, where they provide chairs, umbrellas and towels.

This is our “go to” resort for the end of the summer. It’s beautiful, clean, and convenient. It is right in the middle of all the fun. They set up the chairs for the beach, plenty of towels by the pool and great staff to help with everything.

Not sure how there are negative reviews of this place! Its right at the beach. Lovely clean rooms, friendly staff, good eating options around. Recommended.

We enjoyed being on the private beach and the seclusion from town. And we loved it was only ten minutes from town when you did want to join in.

Rooms are all updated and fixed up nicely. Friendly staff. Beach is clean and quiet. Nice pool. Plenty of parking.

Great place! Spacious and clean rooms, amazing view and comfortable beds. Heated swimming pool and earlier check in was available.
