Hermitage Amagansett

The Beach is quiet and beautiful and feels completely private. The beach and pool staff were great and courteous. The best part about our stay was the customer service received from Ceni Almanzar. She was super quick to resolve our issue and we had a wonderful stay and amazing accommodations. She really made us feel like our satisfaction was a priority and she worked diligently to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the room and the grounds. We went for a quick getaway in the fall but it was a really great stay. Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean.

I’ve stayed at a few different places between the Hamptons and Montauk, but The Hermitage takes the crown. Aside from renting an entire home, this is the roomiest of the higher end resort spots out here. Nice size bedrooms. Very clean units, the pool and hot tub is always clean. The beach is great. They have people working there to make sure you are set up on the beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels and same by the pool. I could stay out here all summer!

Been staying at the Hermitage for more than a decade and it just gets better. Rooms are clean, well equipped and updated. The location on the ocean is outstanding. Great place for a quiet, romantic getaway.

Beautiful location, very stylish appartment with splendid furnitures. Kitchen with everything you need. Just one note, use the train from NYC to go there because by car is a nightmare...

Beautiful place to stay. This is the secret to staying in Montauk, you don't actually want to stay in the town. It's filled with youngins in the summer trying to get the young on. This place is just a 10 minute drive from everything Montauk, and you can enjoy the peace, quiet, and beautity that Montauk is so famous for.

It was amazing!! Beautiful beach, the views from the balcony were awesome!! We even saw a bunch of whales jumping in the morning!! Great place! Great time!!

We are often frustrated by the staff that works in the front office but the place is amazing. It has become more expensive over the last few years and there are fewer days in October and June where the price drops. We try to get here a couple times a year when the crowds are small. We love the peace and the quiet of the offseason.

Omg from the time we got to this place I felt peace, then when we entered the apartment the warm fresh scent made me feel so much at home even during covid. I will definitely be going back again. A must visit please

Rooms are right on the water and have several beautiful views. Clean, modern and comfortable. Close drive to downtown Montauk and several local restaurants.

Quiet little spot with nice amenities and a nice pool. Options in the room vary from room to room, but they all reach a good standard.

Enjoyable, even in December. There's no greater place than Long Island's East End.
