Great help. Very shabby exterior. Don't mind that much - but hard to find on very busy streets!

We purchased new carpeting for my grandparent’s home in 2018, and we were reassured that these were some of the best and most professional folks in the business here in Buffalo. 3 years later the carpet now bubbles all over the place, our phone calls are ignored, and no affirmative action has been taken to replace. No apology either, and obviously a very poor installation process. Horrible experience, and we have to watch that we don’t trip when we walk in the home. Photos for proof attached, you'd be better off installing carpet yourself. Go elsewhere.
