Septic Check

Do you know what it’s like to call the local septic company and not get anybody to answer the phone, let alone RETURN a call after leaving a message?!!! Thank goodness for Chris at septic check. Not only did she answer my phone call the first time I called, she was in constant communication with me on my project. My cabin is in McGregor, which is a bit out of their range, but they agreed to fix my septic line!!!!! It has been cracked and clogged for two years!! Casey and crew came out and fixed it and cleaned up waaay better than I expected. And now I am so proud to say my cabin is a great place to poop!!! After 2 years of using the outhouse, it’s pure luxury to sit upon the porcelain throne and know what is being flushed will make it to the septic tank. Septic Check is my favorite and I will be touting them over any of the locals!!

Septic Check permanently has our business! We called on a Monday morning in need of immediate assistance! We had another company out the previous week on Wednesday, long story short, needed a new pump, tank was close to being full, told to minimize water usage, by Monday morning still no communication or answer of calls from company. I called Septic Check and told them the issue, within a few hrs, they came out pumped the tank, on investigating the pump, they got it to work!
Explained we could leave it, or replace, also shouldn't have had to replace yet another pump after only 6yrs, the pump was working too hard, they explained, the lines that run into the mound can get plugged, possible remedy-jet spray cleaning them, after digging out to locate and install permanant access to them, which also brought the mound system back to code, and would help with future maintenance, win, win!!!
So Monday pumped it out, pump started working!
Alex came in explained everything in great detail, what our options were, never pushing to make a decision for us, after everything discussed, we decided to have them replace the pump, float alarm, locate ,dig and install inlet access, and jet clean, clearing the lines of old build up!
Quoted us a bid, and we said Yes!
Alex and Matt showed back up Friday as they stated on Monday. They were absolutely amazing!
Digging and pounding at frozen ground to gain access on the mound system, to clean and install the new code access to complete this job!

Kyle was efficient and courteous. He was intent on problem solving my concerns with my system. Although it would be wise to learn more about Hoot systems as a whole team. LOL

Kyle Wade was very helpful answering my concerns. He gave advice and gave me a better understanding of how this septic system works. When you pay an extreme amount of money on a new septic system, you want the confidence that it will work properly. He helped me feel confident that it will.

Lucas was very good to deal with - nice, professional and knowledgeable! We had the mound system pumped out for maintenance purposes and Lucas checked the whole system to make sure everything was working properly.

The technician, Matt, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was the first time I had a septic service done, and he explained the whole process and what I should do and look for going forward.
