Pain and Brain Healing Center – Functional & Holistic Medicine

I've been going to P&B Healing Center for approx 9 years. I trust Dr Fors advice and appreciate his in depth knowledge of how human bodies work. He encompasses all aspects of functional medicine. The doctor, his wife, and staff have always been kind, caring, and professional. Everyone is unique and has different health issues, and I feel confident knowing, when conventional doctors do not have an answer to health problem I'm having, especially as I'm aging, that Dr Fors will explain and treat an issue, or try to get to the bottom of it. May God continue to bless Dr Fors and this clinic, in helping people to heal and function well!

Pain and Brain Healing Center is the best place ever. Dr. Fors is absolutely amazing. He actually listened to me. That is a first for me. The doctors I have been to DO NOT LISTEN!!! They push their drugs. I needed to make a life style change and learn how to eat properly. That is what Dr. Fors is doing for me. Because of him, my life has changed 100% for the better.

Dr. Fors is amazing and I’m so glad we found him! My daughter has many heath issues from gut imbalances to chronic pain. After the proper tests we have more answers and she’s on the road to healing! After our 1st visit with him my daughter and I were so impressed with him and his knowledge!

Dr. Fors and his daughter Phoenix have made "going to the doctor" a pleasant experience. They are both very caring and are committed to finding answers to my health concerns. The results from the lab work I completed indicated a lot more than what I initially was seen for (insomnia), and with that, I feel like my ultimate goal of longevity will be obtained! I highly recommend their care. You will not be disappointed!

My husband was diagnosed with dementia in 2016 and was referred to a neurologist in the Mpls area. Even though he was put on medication I saw a gradual decline, and was told there wasn't any other medication out there for him.Then I found Dr Fors at the Pain and Brain Center, who actually helped my husband improve. In a short amount of time under Dr Fors care he was more aware, more social and was just more himself. Thumbs up to Carolynn and Phoenix who were there to help me out any way they could. I truly believe you should make an appointment to see him if you or a loved one has been diagnosed with this awful disease.

My experience with Pain and Brain has been fantastic. Specifically, Dr. Fors has been able to renew the use of my knee after a lifetime of pain, has helped me quit smoking by providing supplements to assist in my quitting and by generally improving my overall health. I have always been treated with empathy and respect, while being treating with the most up-to-date methodologies. Amazing!

I highly recommend Dr. Fors! He is able to learn about your health issues and figure out a plan for you to improve or resolve them in a very affordable way. He teaches you a lot about each issue so you are able to understand what is going on and what the treatment options are. He allows you to be a partner in the decision making for each health treatment. Dr. Fors and his staff take very good care of their patients!!

I highly recommend and haven't felt this great in years! I've suffered with post COVID syndrome for over 18 months which included fatigue, brain fog, rashes, gut health issues, anxiety, depression, body aches, inflammation and also discovered blood clotting issues throughout the testing process. I've struggled with chronic gut issues, anxiety and migraines for 20+ years. I'm only 3 months into the process and feel better than I've felt in 20 years. Definitely worth the time and financial commitment!

Dr. Fors is fantastic! I have been suffering with the same symptoms for several years and my regular Dr wasn't able to determine why they continued. While attending a seminar Dr. Fors facilitated, he described each & every symptom I had. I decided to get some testing done through Pain and Brain Healing Center. Tests revealed I have an autoimmune disease & behavior & diet changes would greatly help me. I have implemented several changes & have realized better health.

The staff is professional and personable. They are very interested in helping you to move toward optimum health. Care might seem expensive, but it would be more expensive to end up in the hospital. Take care of you now, understanding and fixing the root causes of your health challenges, with functional medicine. I sense I’m at the beginning of an amazing journey!

We love Dr. Fors! He has put a lot of effort into trying to figure out our daughter's health issues. Functional medicine is the way to go!

Love my almost weekly trips to see Dr Fors and Phoenix. Since starting at the clininc so many things have improved. My pain level is way down, I haven't been able to sleep on my right side for years because of pain and now I can. Although quite expensive and sad that he doesn't take insurance, the knowledge he has to get to the bottom of your systems is extensive. I wish them well in their practice.

Thank you so much to Dr Fors, Phoenix and Carolyn for all your work and guidence to help me achieve my health goals of at least getting my A1c down to 7 but when I found out I'm at 6.7 it's almost a miracle and my other numbers way down into the very healthy range. My commercialized medicine doctor was so excited and asked me what I was doing so I told her I was seeing Dr Fors at the Pain and Brain Clinic for this issue and that seemed to take a little of the wind out of her sails. Of course the more enlightened I've become with the Dr's help the harder it has become for me to find healthy choices in the grocery store. Thanks again so much to everyone.

I normally don't have time to write a review but when service results go beyond your expectations I feel other people would like to know about it.

I met Dr. Fors and Phenoix in June of 2016 at one of his seminars, the reason I went was because I am 59 years old and a type 2 diabetic with a host of other conditions and was taking several prescription medications. I have to say up front that I'm going on my 4th session in a few weeks. Dr. Fors is a true detective in his field when it comes to finding out what the real cause is when it comes to the human condition. Without going into a ton of details I can say he achieved what no other Dr. could, I was using 40 units of insulin a day, with in 4 weeks I was completely off of it along with 3 other perscriptions, since then my A1c has dropped over 2 points my morning tests went from 150+ to the low 100's (102-114) and I've lost just over 30 pounds and now when I get aches and pains I know it's from just plain old hard work on the job.

Now comes the best part, December 23rd I went in for my 6 month check up and prescription renewal, well to say the least the doctor was very pleased with her results until I told her I quit using insulin and 3 other meds she had been giving me 6 months ago, she looked at me like I was lying to her but I convinced her I was telling her the truth she then was absolutely shocked and apologetic and the look on her face was priceless. I know she means well but it seems commercialized medicine/ insurance companies do not have the time or want to spend the money to look for the root cause, just treat the symptoms. I never did tell her about Dr. Fors he's my secret weapon.

If you feel relegated to your condition please don't, you owe it to yourself, family, children and grandchildren to find out why you really have what ever it is that your a slave to, yes it may be a struggle but if I can get results with Dr. Fors help anybody can get results and live a better life.

Fast forward 3 years to June 22 2019, I experienced the "Widow Maker" heart attack due to a unknown arterial blockage, it came out of the blue while driving up north, I was living life with great health due to my previous sessions with Dr Fors, however I still had 1 bad habit and that was smoking and I knew I had to quit, so during the cardio rehab I struggled but ate everything and anything that took my mind off smoking and finally beat the habit but it took a toll on my A1c, so by June of 2020 I am back at The Pain and Brain Healing Center with sky high numbers and in less than 4 weeks, today is Sunday 7/12/20 I experienced my first reading under 150 vs the 250 plus readings I was having, I'm not out of the woods yet but I'm excited,, Dr Fors,, it looks like we might have just "Moved the Needle" I'm so looking forward to our future sessions..

I wanted to write this to show my appreciation for Phoenix and Dr. Fors for everything they have done for me. In return for blessing me, I pray that God would give them more energy, joy, strength and healing for their bodies to continue doing what they do and for their lives to be blessed! I also want to write this to share what has been my experience here at the Pain and Brain Healing Center. It has been awesome! Dr. Fors is very gifted and gracious with his gift of knowledge and expertise of the human body and pain. Phoenix is always helpful and caring and very knowledgeable. I feel truly blessed to be here! It is here that I have found answers to my prayers and answers to what has been going on with my body. I have had baffling symptoms and pain for almost my entire life and Dr. Fors is helping change all of that! In less than a month of treatment Dr. Fors was able to help me more than any other doctor I have ever been to, and for the first time in many years inflammation went significantly down with Inflam-95 (one morning I woke up and it was just amazing to experience that!) Dr. Fors also uncovered a severe Dairy allergy that I had no idea about! And on top of that has recently revealed a key factor to the pain and much of what else I have been experiencing, due to a brain issue,
that I am excited about! I pray that whoever reads this and is suffering, in pain, and in need of hope and healing that you would BE ENCOURAGED, that there is always HOPE with GOD! And HELP with Dr. Fors. This is a great place!

The clinic is very good . Dr Fors takes all the time you need and explains everything to you . I am starting to feel as though I might live and not long ago I thought different. They are great and would recommend them for sure. Love everyone there nice caring people

It has been a very good experience. They have been very helpful in finding out where my pain is coming from. I feel better when I leave there even though I know it will take time to heal.

Dr Fors is the best! My autistic son Amir made progress with Dr Fors treatment! We are thankful that he is our doctor
