Today was my first work out and I’m so excited to come back tomorrow. I am new to strength and conditioning training and in general I’m a pretty non-athletic/active person. Khari was amazing with providing positive reassurance while simultaneously gently pushing me through the workout. I feel super excited and motivated to start this journey with her help!

Coach Khari is so dope!! I had a great first experience with Konnected Fitness. The atmosphere is encouraging and uplifting and motivating. Definitely recommend the comfortable and non-traditional environment to start your fitness journey!

Konnected Fitness is a fun and inclusive gym. I enjoyed my intro session. Coach Khari was attentive to my needs, coached me on form and positions, and exuded positive energy. I will be back!

beautiful studio, great workouts that challenge you and khari is very kind and welcoming to all her clients. I'm now working out at 7am when I was previously a night time gym goer. she'll get you together! happy to be a part of the movement! ❤

Great place for workouts! Coach Khari is very attentive and energetic and creates a safe space for her clients! Started seeing results not too long after starting with her. The workouts and healthy eating guide that she provides are great! I love going for Early Risers Club! Definitely would recommend!

Coach Khari is the best. I am not a morning person and I am not a workout person but somehow I am working out before 7 am, all because of Coach Khari. She is an excellent trainer, has all the academic and educational knowledge to backup her methodology, and is so kind.

The program is challenging but Coach is so encouraging. I love the mix of strength, conditioning and mobility.

If you are thinking of joining a training program, this is the one.

Small group setting that provided a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend for women who need support and maybe a little anxious about getting back into the rhythm of working out. Coach Khari noticed that I was having challenges in movements that required more hamstring strength and without me saying anything she offered a modification! I definitely broke a sweat and I will definitely be going back!

I thoroughly enjoyed classes at Konnected Fitness. Coach Khari was always pleasant and very knowledgeable of fitness. The workouts were tough in the beginning but with each passing week I could feel I was getting stronger. She will push you and correct you on your form. I’ve never worked out consistently until joining her class. I plan to go back.

I had the privilege of working with Coach Khari as my trainer for six months during a challenging time. It was just after completing my grueling law school studies in my 40s, and I had lost a significant amount of muscle and needed to rebuild my strength and stamina. Coach Khari's attentive approach is a testament to her deep knowledge of the human body and health. She is well-versed in hormone balance, diet, and exercise routines, and she consistently pushed me beyond my limits when necessary. All I had to do was listen to Coach Khari and follow her advice.

At the heart of Coach Khari’s methods are patience and time. Before long, I began waking up feeling less groggy, more energetic, and significantly less stressed, with a better mood and stronger physique. My body visibly improved, which was a fantastic feeling. Unfortunately, I had to move, and the truth is, I haven't found anyone quite like Coach Khari since. She is not only a teacher and mentor but also a student and believer in your potential. She will get you there!

This gym offers several amenities to accommodate all styles of workouts. I currently work out here 4 days a week doing strength and functional training as well as Pilates and step class.If you’re looking for a nourishing community that knows their stuff and get you results while holding you accountable and cheer you on then this will be the gym for you. Coach Khari is the best !!! I wish I could rate it 1000 stars

Coach Khari is great! Patient with the clients on days when they’re less than motivated and takes the time to get to know each one. Great trainer, tough but not so much that you don’t want to work out.

One of the most calm yet difficult workout's I have ever had. Coach Khari was very stern and polite , she made sure to take her time with each person while also pushing you to be better.

OMG I came to the first class on Tuesday, April 16 at 7 AM. It was a very structured stretch and strengthening workout. I could tell that I had been exercising even days later….The trainer is very good at what she does and I am highly thinking about joining…..it was definitely a very good workout if you’re trying to lose weight or get your body in shape.

I love this gym. The atmosphere is so calming to my spirit. Both, Coach Dorothy and Coach Khari, are welcoming and very knowledgeable. I feel empowered coming to the gym to train with Coach Dorothy.

Coach K is an awesome person, she makes sure you are engaged in your workout, she also offers alternative movements if you have any elements. I am part of the early risers club(5:45am) and I enjoy working out first time in the morning, it helps me get my days started.

I can't recommend Konnected highly enough. After a long hiatus due to Covid etc., the thought of stepping back into a gym was daunting, but thanks to the incredible Coach Khari, I've not only regained my confidence but have also embraced a healthier, more sustainable approach to fitness. The philosophy of consistency over intensity has been a real eye-opener, allowing me to see progress without feeling overwhelmed or feeling burnout. What really sets this gym apart though is the focus on mobility. Having struggled with knee weakness for some time, Coach Khari's mobility programming has been a game-changer for me. It's clear that the she (and other coaches here) genuinely care about your well-being and are committed to helping you achieve your goals in a way that's both effective and mindful of your body's needs.

Connected Fitness is one of the best gyms around in metro detroit. Super clean, brand new equipment and excellent training sessions offered by Khari. She is knowledgeable in what she does and I feel secure that I will get the results I want. Highly recommend this facility.
