Micro Center

I'm Canadian, we don't have many computer stores in my area so I decided to go to this microcenter as I've always wanted to go to one.
Both times I've gone I have been assisted by an associate named Sara. Both times Sara went above and beyond helping me, first time I went I wanted a CPU cooler, Sara went over price for performance, ram clearances, compatibilities etc.
Second time I went was for a much larger purchase, I went in 9AM Christmas eve as my graphics card shorted out the night before, first person I ran into was Sara, I explained my situation and she was very ready to assist me in finding what I needed. She listened to what games I play, what resolution I play at, what refresh rate, power supply cpu etc, and she helped me until I had finally decided on a upgrade that was within my budget.

Great experience with Micro Center Michigan the other day. Reserving my purchase online and picking up on store was made very easy! Staff in store were very helpful, especially Joseph who helped talk me through various sim racing equipment options. I will be shopping here again for sure.

I do wish Micro Center shipped between stores though, even if it was for a fee it would worth it. Micro Center has very competitive pricing and a lot of people obviously enjoy shopping here. Making their merchandise more accessible to remove living customers would be a big benefit for business.

First time going to Micro Center since we don't have those in AZ.
The store staff were very friendly and efficient. I visited the store on Black Friday and spent less than 30 min in total even though the checkout line wrapped around the store. That beats any Fry's Electronics experience I've had tbh 😆.

Fantastic store! I've used this Microcenter for multiple PC builds over the last 10 years, and the store has remained consistent throughout. It's clean, well laid out, stocked with everything you'd ever need, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. However, it can sometimes be difficult to find a free associate to pick up items that you need a printout for. If you know what you want, just do an online order for pickup because it's a breeze!

This was my first shopping experience online and in-person with a Micro Center location. I visited the Madison Heights, MI, location and the online experience was great! I found exactly what I needed for a cheaper price online, and also a competitive and cheaper price than Amazon was offering for the same product.

While entering the store I was greeted within seconds after approaching the first isle and the Staff were very knowledgeable about the products they sell and the location of items I was inquiring about.

Later on I asked a team member where the Blu-Ray Disc's where and he was glad to show me and answer any questions and gave me his name. We talked about how there was a lack of BD-R Blu-Ray Disc's in stocks and how he was kind of disappointed himself about the lack of BD-R Disc's because they've been trying to order them for shipment to the store and can't get many. So I decided to not purchase any with the lack of options on the shelf.

Overall an excellent online and in-store shopping experience and interactions!

Thankful that we have a Micro Center here. There’s nothing else like it around.
If you don’t have this, you’re gonna be stuck ordering things or buying it at Best Buy and Best Buy barely carries an isle worth of product that this place does.

Every nerdy kids dream store.

They have everything to do with computers and I mean everything. So many things I didn’t know I even needed.

Ladies, do you like nerdy guys, go walk around and smile at them, the place is filled. You can probably have your pick. Take one home like a 🐶 at the pound.

It's always fun to go in and shop around. I typically go in for a purpose but then spend at least 30-45mins wandering the aisles. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and I've never had an issue finding someone to help when I've had a question (I've had many). I only wish there were more stores and closer to home!

Did not buy anything, but have been in the store several times. Their return policy is great. They have lots of products, including high-end graphics cards. The customer service is great, and they even sell big screen TVs.

I always love to go to Microcenter and could never put my finger on why until my last trip - it was the best retail experience I've had in a very long time. The entire staff at the store is friendly, and when I asked for help with a small item not only was the staff friendly and engaged, they also started to 'nerd out' and show a genuine excitement about the product line! Kudos to the staff and management here!

Wow this place was so busy 12/23/23 I've never been there before. Much to my surprise within a few minutes someone came up and helped me. The line was very long but moved fast. The staff dressed very well, and were exceptionally good at what they do. The management team that work there also deserves a applause. Well done team.

All started when i wanted to build a PC , i had some ideas but when i got in there they were super friendly and willing to help and that’s how i meet MARTIN WENN!

He helped me choose the parts , not the typical seller that just wants to sell you something!

He explained and showed me the best in his knowledge everything i need.
I recommend him who ever is going there to ask for his help!
I had some hiccups on the way and he was always there to support and help!

Hello! So I went to micro center today to buy my girlfriend a new pc. She has been waiting for months to do it & I had the money so I went, this guy in / around the cpu/gpu/case section (I don’t know what section it was to be honest) was extremely helpful/friendly & was willing to help me find the best/budget friendly pc parts ! His name was Tyrell & he deserves a huge raise, like at least 2.00$ more than what he’s making or a promotion to management. He wasn’t rude or anything at all! Good guy, great service & a very happy customer. So whoever reads this please pass this on to whoever the GM cause that guy deserves a pay increase!!!!!!!!!!

One of my favorite places to shop, the cashiers and sales people are top notch and really know what they are doing. If you buy computer gear elsewhere (brick and mortar) you are making a mistake. I am a loyal customer, ever since they have opened, they changed the game when it comes to buying computer and electronics in the area, for the better.

Only place left to buy computer parts and peripherals and other small electronics. Think radio shack and best buy had a kid. Good thing radio shack didn't hook up with circuit City, cause then we wouldn't have micro center

7 times a charm. Finally landed at Micro Center, and they had everything we needed.

Pretty much the only place you can be where all things PC are under one roof. It’s just fun to walk around and explore.

My first time going here and it's now my favorite store. Micro Center has everything a technology addicted Nerd like me needs! I absolutely love this store it has everything! Even when I was looking at the performance of different operating systems (computers, phones, tablets, ect) the staff was so kind and checked in if I needed help! This store has some of the best customer service in Michigan! I'm looking forward to coming back and looking throught your store for hours being a technology addicted with no cares!

I like this place, but they do work on commission.. they have to. They also have a helpful staff and the staff member that helped me knew a lot and even helped with a price comparison. With their info I was able to make a beast of a machine with crazy cooling!
