Got my fiancé her lovely engagement ring here and we are both in love with this piece. It was completely custom and only took two weeks and was at a great price. The owners here are very knowledgeable and kind, and they aren’t just there to try to upsell you, they actually work with you for what works for YOU! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wonderful people! So helpful and knowledgeable. You have to get here to see the selection they have (some of it is $$$ and some $ but all beautiful pieces). It's just not the same as shopping online, this is the kind of experience you want when buying jewelry.

I went in not knowing what to get for my wife for Xmas. Kiki and Paula were very pleasant and always smiling while showing me many gift ideas. After quite some time I decided on emerald/gold earrings. They wrapped the earrings with Xmas wrap and ribbons. The presentation couldn’t have been better. I was very pleased with the customer service they gave and I’ll be back to buy more at their reasonable prices. Great place to buy jewelry.

We have used Jewelers Outlet many times for several rings. Either for cleaning, sizing or just making sure my rings are not in need of attention. Customer service is outstanding! I am always very happy with their attention to detail.

Wonderful place! But the parking is a bit tight...

Walked in. Stood there for 10 minutes. Walked out without so much as speaking to anyone. I gather they don't cater to anyone not wearing a suit.

Oh well. Down to Dover it is. This place isn't worth visiting.

I get the feeling I was judged by my appearance. I brought in some things to sell and they barely got glanced over before I was sent away and told to go to a pawnshop. Turns out I had a rare piece of jewelry that was worth quite a lot. Their loss!

Awful spot. Got an engagement ring here, prongs on the small diamond allowed the diamond to shift sideway. Not to mention the stone is missing a piece on Day 4. They were so rude speaking to me I actually left crying. Surprised by the language used towards me and disgraceful hospitality. Don’t go here. No policy provided. No details on what is considered “manufacture”. Go to a REAL jewelers!
