I was unable to come to the store. So I called and requested a picture of the product I was interested in. A man named Josh answered and he not only sent me pictures of the product he was extremely patient and helpful! I couldn’t make my mind up and he had no problem sending me pictures of products or answering any questions I had. He made the entire process easy

I went up to the store for a couch! I was greeted by Linda and was introduced to Josh and the others. They were absolutely fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience and how helpful they were! Absolutely love my new couch and definitely will be going back in the future! The store was very cleaned and well organized! Thank you Linda for all your help, and to the guys that helped load it up for me! Your kindness goes a long way!

Went in to look at couches and a nice guy named Bryson ended up helping me. He was very kind, patient and thorough when explaining everything about the couches that I was interested in as well as the warranties that were offered. He helped a ton and I ended up purchasing a great couch. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and well educated on any questions I had.

Josh was excellent in answering all of our questions. He was very well mannered. He was not pushy. He has very good knowledge of all of the products in the store. I will continue buying at American Freight in Madison IN due to his great service. You have a very valuable employee in Josh

Went looking for a sectional for my home I moved to in December and Bryson was very helpful and informative! I had no idea he was a newbie because he was so professional and he knew what he was talking about! The Operations Manager, Josh, was friendly and knowledgeable as well. He answered my questions regarding layaway and financing.

My wife and I went American Freight in Madison on December 20 2023. We met Josh, who was very professional and made you feel welcome. We bought a living room set, dinning room table and chairs. Two rugs and a upright freezer. They delivered it the next day. The 3 men were so professional and courteous. They placed everything where it needed to be. The whole experience was outstanding. Who ever hired Josh and the movers, hit a home run. American Freight should be a model for other furniture stores on how to treat customers. Thank You.

My fiancé & I bought a couch from Trevor & Dylan, and they were both so helpful. I'm very picky and they found me the perfect couch. We got the Tide Cloud Sectional and it is GORGEOUS! We will definitely be back for more furniture in the future. Trevor & Dylan were very helpful and have great customer service skills, I felt confident knowing I was buying from a company/people that will make it right if something goes wrong. American Freight is a great store. Josh is super friendly and a great saleman. He said he was a man of many positions. The store was clean and the warehouse crew was very friendly as well. All in all a great store.

Recently purchased new bed and mattress from this store. Furniture was for my spare bedroom. Sales staff very nice and knowledgeable about products and answered all my questions. Would recommend store and staff to anyone who is shopping for furniture or appliances.
