The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The gift center is fantastic!!
Many unique items are offered.
The other inventory is somewhat limited however you can usually find items you would expect at larger drug stores.

I have shopped here many times & never had a problem.
I don't get my medications there because my insurance offers mail order but several times I have needed antibiotics , pain meds in an emergency. They have been prompt, accurate & very helpful.
I also went there for my Covid booster. I made the appointment on line & less than 30 minutes later got a call stating they had availability sooner. The whole process webt smoothly.

Staff is very nice and informative. I’ve never had any trouble with my prescriptions!

I have dealt with several pharmacies and none of them compared to snyders in Dixon il. My daughter had surgery on her mouth and was in a lot of pain when we arrived. They were having a hard time getting my insurance to go through but could see how miserable she was. Gabe went above and beyond to make sure she was OK and gave her a dose of her pain medicine to hold her over while they figured things out. He was very friendly and genuinely concerned. I will definitely be back for my future pharmacy needs.

I called the store looking for a very specific item. They had one left and saved it for me for hours until I was able to pick it up. They saved my day!

One of the young lady's at the window was rude both times coming through but today the gentleman that answered the phone, I'm assuming the supervisor was very helpful, attentive, and got my stuff ready in no time. That man was very professional.
