I would like to commend Allison at the Dixon, IL, Verizon store. She was professional and friendly today when I arrived with a very long list of questions about charges, discounts, and credits on our current bill, plus questions about changing our plan. She patiently worked through the issues with me and made sure each one was explained to my satisfaction. I truly appreciated her efforts on my behalf.

I just want to take a moment to thank Jordan Bivins for his professionalism and knowledge. I went in to the store looking for an upgrade and Jordan was able to teach me things about my new Iphone that I didnt know were possible. I hope to see more people like Jordan in customer service!

Jesse, was helpful in every way during our recent purchase of two iPhones. He answered all of our questions and was thorough in explaining all details. He made sure that we had the best deal as far as promotions and will definitely work with him again.

Overall, excellent customer service/communication and patient with customers. 5 stars!!!

Went after work last night cause my phone wasn’t working after going to 2 other stores.
Walked in and Zac was so awesome in helping us figure out what the problem was. I am so happy that Zac was able to get us fixed up and rolling again. Awesome store awesome staff that actually knows what the heck they are doing.

Erica was very helpful as I needed a new phone. She took her time & explained different types of Motorola phones, based on a recommendation from my Sister who has one. Mine was so old, the battery for it wasn't made anymore. She looked up an Edge which was just what I was looking for. She transferred all my contacts, explained different plans they offered. I was never pressured by her for the most expensive one. I took notes & asked many, many questions which she answered or explained so I could understand. I got all the accessories I needed, including a 6' charger cord since my home is over 126 years old and outlets are 2 to a room, unlike newer homes today.
All staff were very friendly and engaging me in conversation as I was waiting. Very interesting people who work there! They do Customer Service very well!
I have Autopay which saves me $10/month, and was very satisfied with the majority of the experience.
The major complain I had is with the chairs in this store; the front edges are sharply shaped like an h with no curved edge along them. They were sturdy, but extremely uncomfortable to sit on; I had to keep getting up because they were cutting off my circulation! I walk with a cane, and being there for 3 hours was extremely uncomfortable!! A couple of other chairs with curved front edges for other handicapped persons are really needed!
I was aching & had to walk around a little before going out to the car with my purchases.

Stopped by the Dixon Verizon Store for an upgrade on some equipment. Mike, the store manager, was very attentive to listening to what our company was wanting to upgrade, Mike knew exactly what the solution was to meet our needs. He also suggested some money saving ideas to further our communications budget. 5 Star Service!

The staff on 12/22 were extremely helpful. They got us the phones we wanted with the best deal possible. They made sure we had all our questions answered and took time to make sure all our settings were transferred. They were very nice and took the time each customer needed. I have had a lot of good experiences before then and always try to go there for sales just to work with the friendly staff.

Came back to Verizon today because all the budget carriers seem to use T-Mobile and the signal strength is bad to non existent. Great service in the store with 2 accounts although they were quite busy.

I'm not the biggest fan of Verizon itself but there's little choices in the area. But, every time I have had to go to this location for help, the staff has always greeted me as quickly as possible, everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and those that aren't well versed in a particular product have always made sure to go above and beyond to find the answer. I have never left disappointed or wondering about anything. They take the time to make sure you are taken care of 100% before you leave and are more than happy to answer anything and everything no matter how long it takes. Out of every Verizon store I have ever been to, I would hands down go out of my way to come here.

Staff was very helpful! My daughter's phone was defective and they helped us get a replacement then they also helped her set it up. It took some time since she had tried to do it herself and really goofed up her phone. I wish I could remember their names... Very patient, kind and very customer oriented!!! Helped my other daughter with multiple issues on her phone that he resolved very quickly as well!!! 😊😊😊

We went in to ask some questions. After a short wait all of our questions were answered and then some. The gentleman that helped us was Zak. He was very nice and answered all of our questions and concerns. We will be back to upgrade our phones soon.

Two years ago we switched from a previous carrier to Verizon, because we moved and the previous carrier didn't work in Oregon. Went to the store and were offered phones with great deals. I have the Droid Turbo 2, which Verizon doesn't sell anymore, and I'm debating about trading it in. The Droid was on sale, and looked very promising. We should have stuck to our guns and gotten a different phone.

Anyway, the staff is helpful. My wife upgraded in December and we were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes to an hour. I think that is pretty good. I wish the store was bigger so they could display more phones, but it is what it is.

I would highly recommend this store. We have not had any issues with them.

I came in with an issue, a terrible tablet I purchased in Indiana, some sort of Lenovo tablet. I had it for around 25+ days. I was worried about not being able to put it towards a new iPad instead. A gal named Kirsten, and another gal who I was to understand was the manager, were a tremendous help, and got me on the road with my new iPad as well as some awesome accessories. Ladies, thank you so much.

I recommend this location to anyone needing help.

I found out TODAY the difference between a corporate store vs. a local store.
The local one seemed hit n miss if u get a person that is helpful or not. The company store had many more product choices, and the sales people are sent too school so they are much more informed on the latest products and services available. I ended buying a Bluetooth speaker and Mitchell was very helpful in showing me how Bluetooth works and gets paired with my telephone. It was much appreciated. Thx. Mitchell...
The lady's in Clinton where very helpful as well, but the company store is the place too go if you're looking for the latest information on what Verizon has available and a much bigger selection of products and services.

I have done business at this location for over 3 years and about over half a dozen phones. They are awesome! From the time you come in the door they are attentive, get you where you need to be and are not finished until you tell them are satisfied. I can not recommend Verizon or this location enough.
