Pheasant Run an FR Community

Moved here before FR Community owned the park. Great place to live. Great staff (even though they are always short-staffed) and they are always working to better the community! They enforce the rules which helps clean up the community and they are always putting in new homes which helps bring up my home value. Way to go FR!

I looked at other communities and homes first, but I'm really glad I chose PR. It's quiet and people are friendly; it is also safe and well maintained. I love my new home -- it really suits me! The only negative is that the community does not have a swimming pool (please build one)! Oh, and I need someone to mow my grass -- for free of course! 🙃

This gated community is managed by the same people that Oakwood is, also in Springfield. They are easy to talk to, take pride in their work and will do what they can to address resident concerns.

Moved here in 2018 very close to my job where I used to work gated community staff is on the property every day very accessible to own homeowners overall love it they're always fixing up the park they're very good about making sure people follow the rules so that the whole Community can be very happy I've noticed in the last two or three years that a lot of people are wanting to live here that should say a lot about the environment here

I just bought a mobile home from Zach at FR community. Zach is a great sales manager and really takes pride in his job and the community. He works hard to find you a home that fits your needs and your happy with. He will do all he can to get you financing. I didnt need financing paid out right for it. They take pride in the community.It is a very well up kept and quiet community. This is the best community to live in in Springfield,Illinois. I have not seen a better,nicer or more up kept community. Only downfall is it has a community center(pavilion) that is not used . I would love to see it used for tenant family gatherings and for like a Friday or Saturday night karaoke or live dj for the community to get together and a swimming pool and play ground area for the tenant grandchildren visiting to be taken to.

Awesome community I recently purchased a Home in this Quiet Community with awesome neighbors and the Staff have been wonderful and helpful with all my needs I recommend this to everyone I know
