The folks at the O'Reilly on Stanford Ave in Spfld, IL are amongst the very best of aftermarket auto parts industry has to offer. W friendly smiles, affordable prices, & a level of service that's unmatched in the area. Most of the staff is fairly knowledgeable about vehicle needs & repairs & the ones that aren't are learning fast. I trust them.

I find this O'Reilly store very helpful. The employees seem to know what they're talking about and what you're looking for. Prices aren't the best when comparing to online, but ease of access makes it almost worth it.

customer service is phenomenal. The parts are the best quality. Most importantly they make the customers experience so memorable that you wanna refer others and you yourself look forward to your next visit. Kudos guys.

Very happy with the service that I received. The employee, Trey, was very helpful in replacing my battery with the new one I bought. He had to do some extra work, like taking apart my intake to get the battery out/in. It was very much appreciated

I have never really used O'Reilly's before. My usual store didn't have what I needed. I have been at O'Reilly's twice this week. Both stores had very friendly and helpful customer service. I will definitely go back again. Same container of battery acid was $6 cheaper than at my "regular" store.

Super-friendly, always helpful, and always have the parts I need for my old German [expletive] that my local store doesn't have. Special shout out to Frank, the Manager, who tested my alternator and topped off my battery free of charge (so to speak). Wouldn't have made it home without him.

Great help. Had my check engine light come on while driving home from work. Brought it over and they diagnosed it for free and offered a few solutions.
